Learning made fun and simple .. complicated stuff taught in a very simple way .. undoubtedly one of the best training centers in vasco ..if you are thinking about enrolling but are afraid that computers are not your cup of tea then dont worry because they start from the basics and slowly progress to the difficult stuff depending upon your pace ..do give it a shot

Good service had lost my mobile with my memory card and my personal data .The data was stored in my laptop which also got accidentally deleted from my recycled bin so I went to clibs and requested them to retrieve the data back .They did it in 24 hours.Very happy with the work

This edit to my review is in response to the reply of Clibz.Its hilarious too to note that apart from speaking unprofessionally the management has resorted to lying. (My six year old who accompanied me could very well wash off the lies) :)To start with,1. I wasnt too late as the timing mentioned on Google for Saturdays closing is 1830hrs and I was there at1730 hrs.2. As per the reply of the management it is made to appear that I was in the store for such a long time as to prevail upon, insist or nagg them to attend to my request whereas to stick to the fact I was there in CLibz only for about 3minutes.(considering the fact that they were in a real hurry to close), In which too, to start with, the staff was blatant enough to tell me that, they HAD closed when the shutter was open and I could walk in.3. (I wasnt expecting any miracles either, if I was I would have gone to a magician not a computer service center). They did not even make an attempt to have a look at the laptop, and I was ridiculed sarcastically that it wont be repaired in 10minutes and to keep it there or to bring back on Monday, and even refused to give me a receipt , take my number etc, incase I left it there.4. Yes my laptop wasnt repaired in a jiffy at PC station, but I did get a more satisfying and customer friendlier response that was lacking here.5. A mature person like me does not need a public platform to vent my emotions, I have just put out the facts.My advise to the management would be, as they have hit at the wrong target in their response, they should rather focus on improving on having a more Respectful customer interactions.(Actual review)I had a issue with my Dell Inspiron laptop screen, which had cracked. When I called CLibz I was assured of their good services by the person who had answered the call. When I visited the place today on 29-06-2019 at 1730 hours, the person at the shop told me in a rather stern voice, we are closed. I told him about the call, and another person walked in to tell me that my laptop wont be repaired in ten minutes and suggested I keep it and come back on Monday. I replied politely that I do understand, but would like to know the cost and availability of the screen, and also if I could get a receipt for keeping my laptop there, they advised me to take my laptop back and come back on Monday in a sarcastic manner. I understand they were in a urgency wanting to close down, but the rude ,unfriendly and sarcastic way of talking to a customer who walked in with a service need is completely unprofessional. I would also mention that I received a much friendlier response at PC Station after leaving CLibz.I hope the management/staff get themselves a crash course on the need for professional polite conversation.
