Hii Guys. Just want to bring to ur notice that this shop at Evershine Gate has a very poor customer service. Want to buy water dispenser (VOLTAS)and went to this show the sales person told to come after half an hour as his boss was not there and the product was in Godown The price and the mode of payment was finalised. After returning to showroom after 45 min or may be an hour, the sales person told me that they have sold the product to some other person and now they don’t have thr same in stock and if u want u will get of BLUE STAR @ more price. This is how they sell the product which is of high value. This type of service not only spoils the shop name but also the BRAND NAME as they put their hoardings above the shop like SAMSUNG, BLUESTAR ETC. WOULD REQUEST ALL THE BRANDS TO CHECK THE SERVICE SATIFICATION OF THE SHOP AND THEN GIVE THEM THE AGENCY.
