Terrible experience with IT World vasai, not at all professional! I gave them my laptop to fix the hinges, when they gave me back my laptop, itdidnt start at all, then i gave them back to fix it, when i got it back i was getting weak wifi signals in my laptop, i gave it to them again to fix it, they said your wifi wire was already cut while e the truth was it happened while they were fixing the hinges! I gave my laptop just to fix the hinges and had to visit this store 5 times! Their employee Mansoor, so rude! Didnt accept his mistake, instead making me feel wrong! Every time i gave them the laptop, they used to forget to fix it, i used to call them up and remind them to do it! No communication from their end! I gave my laptop in working condition and now when i got back, its spoiled! Worst experience, will not recommend!
