Apollo as usual is our one go stop for any medical emergencies! This time it was the Apollo Childrens Hospital where I had to admit my son for allergy related issues. Right from the admission process to the discharge, we had a smooth experience. The Doctors and the nurses were very caring and courteous in explaining us every details. The support staff including the house keeping and food service was of good standing. Finally the ambience of the room and the hospital is very soothing especially from childrens point of view!

I visited Apollo for my just born babys treatment after getting opinions from different doctors. As like everyones opinion Apollo is not a money minded hospital. They treat patients well and gives 100% effort in curing the patients with proper guidance and follow ups . We are now in joy only because of these angels who named as doctors and nurses. A heartfelt thanks to those who saved my child and made us feel happy on behalf of my family.

My 1 month son was admitted due to some serious issues and found out that a surgery was necessary. The doctor was so honest and explained every details pertaining to the surgery. The surgery was a success and during the time we were in the hospital, all the doctors and nurses were so co-operative and supportive and very much concerned about the well being of the baby. The hospital atmosphere and ambience were good too.

My 3.5 years old son was recently diagnosed with Autism. We went to several places all run by therapists with half knowledge who kept saying there is no problem with the brain only problem with behaviour and we believed all that they said and wasted 2 years. Through google we met Doctor 7 months back and she explained very clearly the science behind this problem and also told what is possible to achieve at this age.The center is fully connected to CCTV and footages are accessible on request to the center admin. Frequent video updates are shared with parents. Also parent online training is given free of cost twice a month. Doctor gives feedback every week to each parent. Cleaning and sanitation is very good during the Covid time.I suggest Dr. Sai Sucheethra to anyone who is looking for a real Good Kind Dedicated and knowledgeable doctor for their kid who has signs of autism, speech delay, behavioural issues etc.

I feel it is very safe and secure diagnosis centre for children. Hospital is good for its procedures and communication between all the departments and Doctors.. Apollo hospital service charges are on a bit higher side for a middles class families but in my view it is worth spending because of their hygiene and staff involvement.. Most of the Doctors hold high level of experience which makes hospital more effective and successful.. If you have insurance then it is the best destination to look forward for any health issue for middle class or lower..

My experience in this hospital was excellent, credits to Dr. Viswanathan for being an amazing doctor. All staff and nurses were cooperative. Nurse. Muganthi was very nice. I would recommend anyone to come to this hospital and get a check up.

We had a great experience at apollo childrens, Took my kids with unknown diagnosis, the investigation doctors team did great job not just in investigating but also took time in giving a brief explanation to our parents with thousands of questions. Nursing was awesome took care and kind attention to kids. Room service and attended work on clock. Catering people took extra care not just in providing nutritional food but also did leave any chance to make the most favourite food for kids.

The nursing staff is very kind , helpful and excellent at their job . The hygiene in here, is very excellent . Every thing in here is top class. My experience in here was wonderful . Sister Meenakshiwas so kind to me and helped me with everything

Right from the immediate response upon arrival at Emergency till the special gift card given to my daughter, the service provided throughout our admission was way beyond my expectations. The gentleness and cheer that the nursing staff effused in every interaction with the patient and the attendees is something I will always be grateful for. The duty doctors, the ward sub-staff, ward managers, nutritionists, and food servers, all of them seem to be driven by one single purpose of serving people in pain and distress, however minor. The internal communication and organization appears strong as every process seems to happen in a well coordinated manner. I know for a fact that they work on feedback given as I found the restroom and wash area cleaner this time than the last time I was here a month ago. Overall, A* for their service and care. Keep up your good work, Apollo! You need to really appreciate your nursing staff and take care of them, for I realise they are the reason for the brand identity that you enjoy.
