Best service with good quality food and staff behaviour with good deal

Hotel didn’t return money even not checkin and also intimate before the time for not to stay here.First day we told for not checkin before the time and hotel kept 3 days amount.After many request they denied we don’t know once you give money we will not give back in any conditions.

It was very bad experience about the room the AC was not cooling and I ordered food in kulcha paratha I found a big stone and their bathroom flush was very bad I had booked for two days and checked out the next day I told them to give back my money which I already paid when I checked in for two days but they dont have any return policy of giving money back once you pay so guys you can. Check for a day but my experience was very very bad

We ordered 3 thaali and was served at room temperature, none of the veggies were hot. Even Chapati ordered was served cold. Manager was not available to note a complaint

Refer attached photos.Room service is also decent and quick.4 stars instead of 5 stars because the receptionist in the morning time is rude.Straight up asked me for room service and when asked what is the charge related to, he told you should know about it, which is pretty weird.At the time of check out also, the receptionist was confused and printed several copies of a same bill.But nevertheless, everything else is great.Also added pics of restaurant food which was pretty decent with a reasonable price..Complimentary breakfast is also available but not upto the mark, you will have to eat their common item of the day along with Tea.Must stay for a decent and luxurious feel if you are planning to stay near Vasai Phata..

Good specious room with balcony was very dirty with pigeon and dust. Room looked fine but need more deep cleaning during this pandemic (hair on bed) overall good.

A Huge Property of the Rudra Shelter International On the Highway . If You are planning for a visit over here I recommend you to use Google maps bcoz its located under the bridge and isnt to be spotted. They also have spacious rooms and suites for stay and those are well managed by the staff .The ambience is marvelous and so are the rooms . The staff is quite friendly and helpful.Dishes we orderedStarters:-✨Kung Pao Paneer :- Crispy Potato Topped with Pepper and red chilli sauce. They were a bit spicy but finger licking and we really enjoyed those.Main Course:-✨Subz Miloni :- Seasonal Vegetable Gravy with onions and spiced and topped with fenugreek and spinach . We had it with simple paratha and it was wonderfulDessert:-✨Kulfi With RabdiThis place was worth the visit and they care for their customers and have the best service towards them .

We have been to this place last week. It is just near to the highway, near to tungar phata. easily noticeable from highway.We had ordered paneer chilly, fried rice and manturian , quantity wise its good but I didnt find the taste good and I didnt like . If you are hungry and taste is not the concern then you can visit to this place. As we are vegetarian so we tried veg only. Yes I must say cost is little high and no taste.

One of the best Hotel stayed in Vasai. Good for families. Enough parking for bikes and cars. Rooms are well maintained and toilets are hygenic. Good space for events and parties. Good restaurants. Staffs are very friendly. Cuisines served was good with no much time delay.

Excellent it is like door to the heaven

Visited Rudra Shelter International for the second time recently. The place is located close to the highway with ample parking available. The restaurant, Shiv Sagar, located in the ground and first floor, is one of the better restaurants in the area. There is an AC as well as Non-AC section. The food offered is of good quality and prices are like any other Shiv Sagar. Great service and hygienic as well.

Ok but bad online booking experience

Pathetic place... came here fr new year ...staff was not knowledgeable about the product of new year...food not up to the mark I have no clue y it has 4 stars food ordered was served by buffet of new year and was charged with bomb fr a specific dish wish was given frm buffet ..... general manager himself wasnt aware of the menu wen asked....asked for specific item fr which we were informed its on its way but after 1:30 hrs they sd its not available....came fr the first time and last time ....not acceptable frm a hotel which already has good rating... New year ruined😒😒

Pathetic food and service,I recently visited this place & ordered their punjabi thali,food quality was really bad, delayed service, please dont waste your time and money, dont recommend this to anyone and what they do is say sorry for inconvenience,next time will give you good service but same old story,this is happen to me twice and there is no point to write sorry and all that here, I know you guys will not take it seriously,I will never ever visit again.

Amazing 3 star hotel, at the footsteps of the great tungareshwar national park & temple. Offers available for huge, medium & small party decorated setups. Awesome room services & its quality of room. Vegetarian & non vegetarian have their own spiritual space of dining cuisine. Ample space parking of vechiles. This property location touches the national highway to north and south of India.

Good place for small professional events. Ample parking space is available there. Clean and neat. Easily noticeable from highway. Location on map is exact, that makes your drive comfortable unless Google takes you through (avoidable) shortcuts.

Staff behaviour is too good..Rooms are very clean..Everything in the room like AC, tea Maker, bathroom accessories etc.. working very fine and OK..Room is little small but it have awasome road view balcony..But the problem is only about wifi and connectivity..Wifi speed is not enough to play games and downloads..

Its a big resturant and it also has lodges. In the resturant good food is being served and does require much time after placing the order. The food is being served hot and it is cooked in a clean and hygienic place. It also has a parking structure so there is no issue of parking. Its a good family restaurant and has a delicious and very tasty food served.

OK hotel to stay, not so good and not so bad. but previously it was very good but now rooms required maintenance. rooms are neat and clean. bed and towels are clean. buffet breakfast is good and have many options. south indian, maharashtrian food items.

Nice ambience. Its has three parts . I had lunch in Hotel Rudra. Rumali khakra was good. Service was little slow. Rice was served cold. Dal fry was good . Roti was soft. Extra star for cleanliness and hygiene. Washroom was neat and clean.

Located on the outskirts of the city. Amazingly spacious rooms. Youve got a medium level trekking spot very close to the hotel, in case you are looking for a little adventure. The only drawback is, its connectivity to the public transport, although you can get auto rickshaws very easily around the area. I would still recommend the place only if you have personal transport.

This is one of the best restaurants in Vasai I recently visited for a family lunch. Food variety is huge, even taste food Indian, Oriental, Chinese and even Indian Jain. Hospitality is warm and friendly. WiFi works pretty good. Next time gonna visit for a buffet. If you are traveling through NH8 do visit once. ✌️

No complaints about the food. But the service was really really slow. We had been there in the afternoon so probably they were not prepared for a big group at that period. But thats what it was. We were some thing 50 pax in total. Neither got the food ordered on time nor the severed food was as per the order placed. They jus messed it all. Hotel management should have a serious look into this matter.

Hotel Rudra is located on highway and hard to miss. The staff is well behaved and very helpful. I had gone there for lunch and tried the Paneer stuffed dosa which was yummy. Overall I can say good quality is good and reasonably priced. Hotel has parking lot too.

After long bike drive we went for Breakfast but the buffet was not at all good. Every thing was cold , nothing hot.... Taste was not at all good. Poha very dry, sambar cold, specially the tea should be hot on this rainy season was not worth drinking only. All waste of money...... Better to go for combo, atleast its served hot.....

I have order chicken satay, my office colleagues had taken 1-1 peace once we had a bite it was smelling badly it seem yesterday chicken they have given to us, we will not refer anyone,Rudra shelter international should keep chinese corner aur Bhakda isse accha hotha.It was shame to  order from there i felt embarrass.Bahot ganda chiken tha, Mat order karna ider se purana ya kal ka deti hai
