I with my 5 friends visited vasai local restaurant on 27 August 2021, I would request everyone not to visit this restaurant as they have pathetic customer care and worst service..Reasons will be followed1) sitting on table for atleast 15 mins no waiter interested in taking proper order.2) No water given for atleast 20 mins, no glass on table, no plates nothing.3) waiters will serve u ur dish but no chutney, sause nothing and even after informing them more than thrice till the chutney comes ur dish gets over or if u wait food become cold.4) water was served in dirty bottle, algae on the water bottle ..5) sharing u the image of the roti pls check the condition of it..6) you order any dish waiter will come keep the dish on table without serving and will go.8) ordered full paneer tikka in which got only 1 big cube and 3 cube of paneer of the size eclairs chocolate.9) ordered 1 lassi and surprisingly they literally took 1 hour for it so finally cancelled it.10) we was the regular customer of this restaurant but henceforth will never visit this restaurant and advice others as well ...11) we have wasted our 1020 as bill pls do not visit here.

Worst restaurant ever visited. No customer service. I had to wait for more than 2 hours for food I had to repeated tell them about my orders bcoz they were forgetting about the order which we placed. Lassi was not served at all till end. Roti was damaged and burnt. They bought food in the table but didnt serve and as I was with my friends we didnt even realised that they have already kept the food at one corner and the food was served cold.The worst part is that the water which they served was filled in a dirty plastic jar which had black algae like substance around the opening and they didnt even cared to see or listen. Food were served but no plates were given.We made a bill of rs 1000 but I felt that I wasted the money.Please never ever visit this place I regret my visit.

Great food, cozy ambience & very reasonable price. The best thing is, its open till wee hours, so you dont need to go all the way to highway to have food. Just hop and place your order. The host/manager is simply amazing & courteous. Loved the overall experience.

Ordered chapatis, mutton kheema and basa chilly through zomatoGot a call from restaurant informing basa chilli was not fresh so was replaced with chicken tangdiChapatis and the tangdis were descent but the mutton kheema was made out of a million green chillies, it was so damn spicy it set my tongue on fireee. Seriously does your chef even taste the food he is cooking? Im not kidding it was fieryyy hot laced with chilliesss. Waste of money, food and time.
