Worst ever experience….if you don’t want your shipment on time or misplace it then I would suggest you to opt for vrl logistics. Customer care service is poor, staffs are really rude and when you try to contact them they just directly cancel your call. Worst ever logistics service ever experienced.

VRL is a very large industry with Repairs of only VRL buses and trucks take place . There was a lot of auto-related work going on here. There is also National Highway 4 near it. It is located 17 - 19 km from Hubli.Dont let anyone inside easily You have to take permission.

Massive yard for human logistics. If youre taking bus from Goa to Bangalore just like a parcel you will be asked to switch bus without any information on the booking site or start of the journey. At 3 AM in morning, in the middle of nowhere. Not comfortable for people wanting good sleep and stressless journey.Bus is okay with occasional sighting of cockroaches.

The central workshop is furnished will tech savvy equipment and they are constantly evolving to find out small solutions to reduce TCO by applying their mind and technology. Its a temple if you want to understand how repair and maintenance (R&M) shall be done in automotive.

Vrl buses are the best for travelling across cities / states , loved the service .

17km before hubli. Easy to locate, huge plant by the side of highway only. Really hard get auto rickshaw or taxi, but local bus stop there. Cabs wil charge more for out of city ride. If you are for a short visit, better make the auto/taxi wait there for you.

Prompt and on time service.On board staffs are quite professional but still there is a scope of improvement on cleanliness.

Pathetic and unprofessional staff.Delivered my shipment to some other place and i had to bring the shipment from there to my place.And when i asked them about it,they accepted their mistake but still they asked for frieght charge (even when did not delivered the parcel right to my doorstep,not even to my city😡) when i refused to pay the frieght by mentioning all these mishaps done by these people,they made a rant about itWill never ever ship any goods through MPC again.....!😡Please be professional,trustworthy and honest towards your work, there are many other parcel service providers who do their job better then you people in the Hubli city itself......!Please take this review seriously......!

The buses are so comfortable to travel wih but the bus conductors are not so polite. They just do the works as a part of their job. Never care or bother the passengers and even they just throw the luggage without any care.

What a humongous place it is. They have there own canteen , clean washrooms, exclusive fuel pump for VRL buses & trucks. Most of the buses that are on this route do take a rest stop here for passengers.

One of the largest logistics service in India. Loading of goods will be done 24 hrs. They also have the 24*7 workshop where the trucks will be repaired. Even if the truck get break down the service team will go there ad solve the problem, if the problem is major the alternative truck will be provided so that the goods will reach in time. For the truck drivers they have rooms so that they can rest till the truck get loaded. Canteen facility is available for company staff and truck drivers.

It was really a pleasure traveling with VRL.Pros:Theyre providing awesome services in case of buses. I travelled from Surat to Bangalore. There were two TV in bus and staff behaviour was very good. Cleanliness is must point for everything and in case VRL provided best. They provided blankets also. There were total two stops.Cons:The only problem I faced was the bus delayed by 2 Hours at Bangalore & the second hotel stop wasnt good.

Could have been slightly better, stops at a very dingy eatery for dinner. I was on a Pune - Bengaluru ride. Should have a decent place to stop for getting fresh in the morning.

Need time to time maintenance of the buses , if not done then its a painful and a extra long journey due to the breakdown of the buses.

A soft and best travel service ..you wont complain or face any issue with them ..people that take care of the service are look and quite helpful in nature rather than other bus services..the seaters were comfortable and clean ..u can look forward your journey with Vrl without any second thought.

Bus was nice but no water no snacks no proper stops for food in night.

Good and safe...They will inform well in advance if the bus is detailed so you can do some other works...But some times they will suddenly change the bus timings itself and they will inform us on the day of traveling..

Passengers waiting area needs proper flooring. These guys need to make covered walking paths till the boarding point. Else in rainy season you enter the bus fully drenched.

Not good at all...at 1st they provided a neat and clean new ac sleeper bus, next day morning they changed the bus and shifted us to an old dirty used bus, beds were full of hairs, ac was not working, driver was halting too many times unnecessarily...a journey of 12 hrs took 17 hrs to complete. IT WAS REALLY ANNOYING..

Ok was travelling the Sleeper volvo. The bus ride was good. The driver was courteous, so was rest of the staff. They were on time, even a bit on early side.But the single seats had no place to keep your hand bag while double did.the seats had thicker foam at one end which was to serve as pillow.It was ok to sleep on but one can sit there at all. One would keep sliding down. And if you are a bit taller, you cant really sit up there, specially the upper floor.

The busses stops at very low standard hotels. Toilet facilities are not good at hotels. Food quality very poor at hotels.

Very Bad Experience... Pick up bus experience was pathetic...After reaching the drop point, bus was not working. It took about 3 hours to correct the same. Bus left Panji bus stand around after 3 hours from its scheduled departure..Further, it reached Bangalore 5-6 late what had been communicated to us around 11 AM. No water, no bed sheets in bus, dirty bus floor.Bus staff were in full attitude, dont know for what reason...
