This is the worst internet service provider because of below reasons1. Frequent connectivity issues.2. Frequent speed fluctuations.3. Their system is so bad..router at one room will not let us connect the internet from other room.4. So how come with such bad internet they are getting customer. Because they have created monopoly in this area and not letting any other isp to enter here hence we are forced to opt for it.And this is the main reason for me to give this zednet one star because if they really want to pull customers provide them good internet speed and connectivity not by cheap tactics.

Monopoly is always the worst. It gives them a license to do whatever comes to their mind. Including allegedly threatening other providers to lay connection and their own users when they post reviews. A company with this kind of behaviour should just be shut down immediately without further notice.

One of the worst internet provider . Their internet will work if we are in a straight line from the router , they are charging more 800 rs for 1 month which is of no use . .They were not allowing other providers to get in Shoba ..They are trying to create a monopoly ..

Seeing all these 1 star reviews, we were apprehensive to get Zednet connection. But left with no choice at Sobha Dream Acres, we went ahead with this.Surprisingly and to utter joy, weve not faced any issues with the connection so far (fingers crossed). Connection setup was quick and easy. Didnt need to ring up customer care which Ive read is pathetic. Rating 4 star since it surpassed our initial low expectations.Good work guys, improve further to be considered a serious player.

My society was having extremely bad experience with zednet. I could not understand the reason. But, recently, I had faced the broadband issue and came to know the service quality provided by them. They did not understand the situation and issue. I told them that I had to login to my office vpn as I had to perform few critical tasks. But, they will ask questions and questions and no resolution.I had asked them to send a service guy who would check the things and we would see what could be the reason. But, they cut the call in between from their end.Atleast, show some courtesy and understand the situation. Most of us are IT professional and we are doing Work from home. When we say , its office timings and we have to be available - its no joke.So, its a humble request to zednet that please listen to the customer complaints and feedback. Otherwise, customer will loose faith in you and look elsewhere.

Hopeless service. You will encounter interruptions several times in a day. Not recommended to use for Office and Smart TVs that need Internet.

Zednet was my only choice when I took the connection, I faced few challenges with connectivity, which I very well know is not unique to Zednet. But what is unique to Zednet is the deplorable customer service and unprofessional attitude of the customer service folks. Making a call to the customer center is like getting into a family feud. The only thing that is rest assured is that the problem will never be solved. Zednet should always be your last choice !

Very unreliable. Frequent disconnections. Always keep backup connection ready in case you are working from home. Does not recommend to anyone. Better go with any other provider if available in your area.

Worst service provider with highest monthly charges in the area,frequent disconnections. Atleast once in a day you will have internet outage close to 1hr. They will not allow any other provider to enter in this region who are willing to offer better service and economical monthly packages.

It is one of the worst internet services I ever had. I just want to get refund. Sobha Dreamacres Management should allow other Internet service provider like ACT Fibrenet, Hathaway etc to work in this premises....

Extremely bad service and the connection keeps going dropping.They should not be given the ability and control of running only their service in this area and allow other service providers to operate and do their job properly.

These guys are running monopoly in Balagere area. They are not letting other ISP like ACT or JIO fiber to operate in the area by either demanding ransom or cutting the cables. Their service has been pathetic during the lockdown phase with no customer service. I pay for a 50mbps plan and what I get is 512kbps. The local authority is completely negligent of the situation and pays no heed to the needs of the suffering Balagere community.

I have heard a lots of complaints:1. Frequent disconnections2. No power backup for switch (Connection goes when electricity goes)3. Not FTTH (Last mile is not Fiber)I have used Jio FTTH and Airtel Broadband they provide 99.9% uptime. The best QOS I have ever seen.Being in silicon valley on India I expect a better QOS. This service provider needs a huge upgrade!

Stability issues, Inconsistency in speed, not reliable if youre planning to work from home.But when it works, it works. Their support is quick (not the quickest though).They dont accept payment via AmEx.Using it from last 3 years (almost), because no other option available in this area.Overall good for Netflix, YouTube and other streaming services.

Worst ever internet provider you will ever see. Villages are having better internet connectivity than an area called Balagere which is very near to ORR. Zednet has some political connections and is playing Monopoly in that area. During this WFH period, we are all suffering due to poor internet connection. Not even 1 person is happy with the service but we are not able to bring in any other internet service providers like ACT or Airtel.

Worst internet service at Sobha Dream Acres... very disappointing and better to use mobile hotspot rather taking this worst connection. Waste of money.

One of the worst service provider in Bangalore.Specially in Balagere- Sobha Dream Acres Apartment phase.You raise a complain and they wont resolve and say that you are using different router, Sobha wall penetration is bad, ask you to share the screen and they will try to resolve the issue else wait till Saturday morning from 10am -5pm to resolve the issue!!

Very bad service.They made me wait for 2 days.Called them multiple times and there was no response. So called ACT. They provided me with connection within 3 hours.Dont go for this net, go for ACT which is much cheaper than these fellows and have a very good bandwidth.

We use for it for work from home in Shobha dream acres. Quite stable connection however has few backend issues as area is remote and has infrastructure issues.

This is the local broadband service for people residing at Sobha Dream Acres. Actually they have a Monopoly there. Service is costly and speed not so good

One of the worst ISP in this area. Zednet is an example of monopoly since there are only 2 vendors in Balagere i.e. BSNL and Zednet(A Subsidiary of Metronet). Their staff asks money for each and everything. Plans they offer is expensive and unsuitable for most. They have very few technicians Kiran and Praveen Reddy are only 2 who work. Response time is extremely poor and all of them have extremely horrible attitude.

Worst broadband I could ever get. Please dont go with it if you have other options.

Zednet taking 1297 including tax for 100 Mbps data per month for 300GB.. no carry forward of data is there to next month.Prepaid they are charging including tax. Using since last 7 month never got 100 Mbps speed even for 1 second.

Terrible customer service. Once you’ve bought their connection they’ll treat you like nothing. Their connection falls very frequently. You’ll need to repeatedly call them and listen to their rude attitude. There’s no way they’ll call you back with updates, you’ll only need to run after them all the time.
