Place is spacious, clean and easy to find. Host and caretaker both are humble, ready to help you out with whatever you need.

The best place i ever rented out in India. From service to environment ... everything gets top notch. These guys set a very high expectations if you have to go live somewhere else. Will definitely recommend everyone to give them a shot.

Aansav Realty & Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd - AirBnB - Avoid=================================================If you are booking a villa through AirBnB - be very careful. I was fleeced 10K citing damages and missing articles after I checked out by Aansav Realty & Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. They have 5-6 villas in Aansav - so if you are coming through AirBnB, it has to be them.There are videos on youtube about thai hotels being notorious for this scam - watch them to educate yourself.If you are checking into this place, get a list of all things from Aansav and make a video of the condition of every article or just find another place.They charged me₹ 900 - Garden stool Damaged, which I never touched₹ 1000 Pan is missing - it wasnt there in the first place₹ 300 Toothpaste holder - which was faulty and kept falling down by itself and there was no other damage to it₹ 1000 for a wall plate that fell down due to hurricane tauktaeAlso, ₹ 4500 for 2 standing lamps - Hall - of which there was some paper tore of by my kidAnd there are more such charges that were highly inflated and charged with two wrong assumptions:1) They considered every article as brand new before damage2) They considered even a scratch as a total damageOn top of that, we were without electricity for 36 hours due to the hurricane for which no help or compensation was provided by Aansav Realty & Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd.I would say this behavior would not be an isolated incident and they must be in a habit of pulling of this treatment with other guests too.

Nice location but still under construction

Very nice property. basically a row house accommodation with really cool interiors. The owner has spent some thoughts around the amenities to be provided and it reflects during the stay.Pros - very clean and nicely maintained property with caretakers available when required. Air conditioning, washing machine, microwave, refrigerator, water purifier. Three bedrooms and a hall. car parking available.Cons - little on the secluded side of the access road. cooking utensils are limited for breakfast only.

Had booked 1 of the villas through Airbnb and totally loved it. Its very clean , well maintained, the interiors are done really nice. The greenery around also make these villas special. But concern is the access road. There is mud road for almost 200mts toll you reach the villas. The staff Mr. Sachin also was very helpful.

This is a nice project of row houses. Some are owned and some are let out for tourists. There are different phases being constructed still. This place has a nice infinity pool along with the amenities I had as part of my booking (from AirBNB).One can use Google Maps to traverse till this place until the final part. From the main road when you make the turn on the right side look for a Banyan tree. Take a right turn from there. You can then find rest of the place.There is a big supermarket (Borkars) where you can find every required groceries including eggs and meat. Right next to is a big pharmacy Multicare.Overall a very well maintained project and close to the south beaches of Goa.

Its Nice Complex and approach road is not done well, scope of work is there.Overall its ok as price is not so High side.

It’s a beautiful gated property with just this phase that’s completed . It’s peaceful and has a lot of positive energy in the whole place right from the time you enter. The approach and entrance is still under construction but once you enter the row house villa that are completed you immediately fall in love with the place . The place is well maintained too. Can’t wait to see it fully completed. We just love staying here.

Newly built spaceous row houses, quiet and calm place with a good view, with a nice well maintained swimming pool.Cons: lots of construction work going on around hence there is no proper tarmac access road, could use some pest control as the water logged areas are a breeding ground for mosquitoes, can be a 5 star rating if the management looks into these problems.
