Hotel review: today by 9:30 pm we approached a hotel named gopika in varapuzha. Im sorry to say that this hotel management is not satisfactory. Its service was a failure. According to its standard they should have to serve their customers humbly and make them happy. Here unfortunately, this did not happen. The quantity and quality of the food were insufficient. Also they are taking high payment for this unsatisfactory food. When we informed this to the hotel manager, we faced a misbehaving character from him.Dear friends, Im posting this for your kind information. Nobody from my friends should land in such a disrespectful places.Thank you.

Several times i visited this bar. I was so happy but previous day d dealing wid service boy (not boy appachan) is very arrogant. He z thinking v came der to drink beer for free of cost. His dealing was very much shame. And d another person dealing was so nice.D quantity f side dish v ordered chicken chilly Rs:200 only 6 no: wid heavy bone. Its cheating us.Den v asked bl storm, he told us dat was finished. So v ordered another beer. After sometime we saw 4/5 bl storm z giving to another persons. Dat was also cheating us.V will not recommendany person t dis bar.

The restaurant facility is good for family, Polite behavior of staff and administration, the only problem I face here is the local peoples arent much good when we are with family
