I shopped at this bakery located in varapuzha yesterday. I hate to leave a negative reviews, but they have left me with no choice. Im extremely offended by the service that i had received from the 2 employees working at that time.I had asked for a bill from one of the employees, and he belittled me and made me feel inferior.The other employee had such an attitute that i came there to beg.I paid my hard earned money to buy the items that i wanted.please keep in mind that you are staying in business because of the customers like us. I have no complaints for the food that i purchased,but im very unhappy with their service.I would highly appreciate if u can teach ur staff about customer service.From here on,I will be taking my business elsewhere.

One of the popular bake shop in varapuzha. They have their own products breads, cakes, cutlets, tea biscuits etc..

Most of their items are of excellent quality, but when it comes to service, they are at par with Cochin TVS - terrible!
