Purchased 10 kg of rojana basmati rice from there but quality of rice was not good. I contacted the cash department of store for exchange of rice but the person sitting on counter clearly refused to exchange the the same despite my humble request.Not expected such from such a big store, having so much branches in Varanasi.Very disgusting experience .

I am giving this 2 star only for staff behavior they are very arrogant and non supportive.They behave in such a way that they are himself the owner of that jalan complex.I suggest the jalans organization that they teach proper conduct of discipline to their staff at the time of appointing them and take strict action when they behave rudely to the customersOne of its staff named Dinesh mishra who is a team manager their is speaking falsely to its customer and the other one is a women who work on second floor in saree department look likr bit nepali and also behave very rudelyBut overall the products here are good suitable for middle class and good of good quality...but 4 STAR from my side to the quality and price

The store becomes a little bit of cramped on a busy day. The billing and delivery is from the same counter which makes it a bit chaotic. The AC also does not seem to work which makes it very stuffy. This aside quality of products is very good considering their price range. There is a lot of variety too.
