A good place where you can hang out with your family and enjoy meals.You can also watch movies and do shopping there with a lot of fun together.Also a good place for friends to hang out there. Good maintenance of the place and good services of all the things mentioned above.But having a small place for enjoying you meal which makes it only a four star ratings for me.Go hangout there and chill.

Ip Vijaya which is located in Bhelupur. It has different different variety stores such as now a picture space for clothes to eat, Dominos store has also given it and you also have pantaloons store and you will get parking arrangement or located on the just friend of the intersection. Whenever Bhelupur comes, of course

Good place for shopping .You will find different branded clothes and various accessories. staff are also very pleasant.You get various festive discount .Bt they cost for carry begs.

Its good to have movie and shopping at Pantaloons and and a party at Dominos best on one place

ALWAYS NAME AS A MALL BUT CANT SAY ITS A MALL AS IT IS JUST A SO SO PLACE. WANT TO VISIT A MALL THEN SURELY VISIT THE MALL - JHV MALL CANTONMENT, VARANASI OR ELSE SECONDARILY VISIT IP SIGRA.

The whole mall has converted into Pantaloons. So good for some low budget shopping. They also have Dominos and Bikanerwala where you can grab quick snacks. They also have movie theater on the top floor, which is quite average for the prices they charge.

Only pantaloons and 2 eataries are there.Pantaloon is making fool by puttiing older collection also in the fresh arrivals with same price

It has been closed now 😑. There are only 3-4 shops/restaurants like Dominos, Haldiram, Bikaner and Pantaloons

It is one of the few multiplexes in Varanasi with such a great location. It has food courts,shopping stuffs & multiple screens for the cinemagoers who loved to binge watch. It has parking space & also follow the government protocols issued regarding covid-19.

Only decent Mall of Varanasi. Its a good place for shopping as stores are upto date. Parking facility is also great.

(05-09-2021) PLEASE DONT GO THERE......if you wanna watch movies. I watched Shang Chi there. The screen brightness was too low to even see anything moving in low-light scenes. Despite the audience requesting multiple times to increase the screen brightness, the staff did not listen to us. Time and money wasted @IPVijaya.

IP and JHV is a good option compare to the this.Multiplex picture n sound quality is not as good as others.

Earlier it was a full Mall but now franchised by Pantaloons. Theatres are good but lack a good sound proofing inside.You can actuallh hear audios from adjacent audis.

Nice place, go and have chhole bhature of Bikaner wala, you can shop at Pantaloons and enjoy movies also

Food is not good..... This cafe is at place where uh can find nothing else..... So no other option.... They can improve it by opening aome more things in there menu......

I didnt explore the mall but had a dine at Bikanerwala restaurant inside the mall. Good service . We ordered paneer butter masala, mix veg , tandoori roti , butter naan and chole bhature . Tastes good but tandoori roti and naan disappointed me bcoz after every bite , some kankad gets crushed by the teeth which spoiled my taste. Hygienic place .

Best place for cinema... also try yummy gup chup and snacks from bikanerwala

Good shopping options but parking and ways to the Mall are very tricky. Congested with traffic police trying to catch you and fine you.

Its not a mall, Ill rather call it a complex.If you want to go from one outlet to another, you need to literally get out of the complex and find someother door to get in.The pantaloons showroom is overpriced in every aspect.I suggest you to rather hang out at dominos or bikaner its a better option.
