Bahut hi kharab service centre hai not customer friendly. Very bad service provider

One of the worst service center I have ever visited , I mean you ll have to wait for more than atleast 2 hour for a simple work to be done , you can see people are sleeping on the table , one thing is good you will see a good quote by dhiru Bhai ambani , but quote doesnt define this place those carelessness and idleness of these people will make you to have a sad laugh on this place , I ll personally recommend everyone to please dont buy lyf phones

Very reliable place

Not providing good service and public interaction with customers is very intolerable, they just render casual look to your problem with a little cooperation. They blatantly accept that customers full satisfaction is not theirs job. Its customer compulsions to visit there as next service stations is faraway.

Ya its too good work here.. All employees are customer friendly.. Here experience is good all work do in less time . Service is good.

This is one and only service center of life phones in Varanasi but the service but they take much time for servicing but you will satisfy from this.

This is main service center of jio in varanasi here a huge amount of phone repairs, but they is one negative point they takes so Much time I wasted my 3-4 hours to repair my phone then they told me this phone is out ot warranty term and condition u should have to pay for it.

Staffs are well behaved and the office is also in good situation

The guard is very rude. He should be fired. He disrespected customers. Pen is not available for customers to fill form. Sitting area is less compared to the crowd. They dont accept card or paytm. Loose cash avaialablity is also low. So there is a problem in deducting cash.

Services are prompt. Good guidance by receptionist. In all fine.

Staff members were quite good. Anyone can expect good behavior but they take time quite enough (more than enough)😂😂😉

Mr. Mukesh Ambani is providing free call service to the jio consumers but ironically, his own service centre doesnt have any contact number.Seems to be a great saving by Mr. Ambani.

Here reliance mobile is being repaired. Work is completed in systematically.

The technician behaves in an ill-mannered way.......i asked that what is the problem in my jio phone.......he very rudely answered that earphone doesnt work in jiophone.......after i asked that if he could not help me.....he replied no staight forward........i later called on jio customer service, he said that earphones very well work in jiophone........then i called the centre manager and he helped me out, but at first he was also very reluctant to help

Poor service by Lyf, they dont even keep mobile batteries here. But location is good, accessible.

Its just ok cause the ranking of customer satisfaction is very poor and the authorised person are also very lazy and not will to do work fast enough .I would suggest to take enough time if you are going to this place

Bad experience, making charges 6000 rs & new handset lene k liye suggest kiye jabki 1000 Rs me hi thik ho gya.Im not going there again..

Its a genuine service center for LYF handsets. The problem out there is it takes lot of your time to show your mobile or get it repaired. The dont have enough counter for registering mobiles for repair.
