I am currently Pursuing Masters. So, I am a resident of Dalmia Hostel. It has wheel chair entrance facility. It has laundry facilities. Dalmia hostel rooms are small compare to Arts faculty rooms. Mess food is ok ok type. Bathrooms, corridor cleaning is not so good but good. Dalmia Hostel has volleyball ground, badminton groud, TT room.The hostel has solar power for electricity consumers. There is cleaning person to clean room every day morning around 8-9 am.Mess timing:11:30 AM - 01:00 PM lunch8:00 PM- 9:00 PM DinnerCanteen is present inside mess for breakfast and snakes.Lunch:-Veg- Rs.50Egg- Rs. 60Chicken/Fish- Rs. 70

Boys hostel of BHU For Science masters students of second year.Canteen and dining area is good badminton court is also good but rooms are old fashioned not comfortable for two students.

One of the best hostels at BHU. The office remains well informed of the official proceedings and is eager to co-operate, which certainly should be appreciated. The canteen remains open throughout the year, which is a rarity here. Hence, the rating.Although the rooms are smaller compared to those in Bhabha, the mess services dont disappoint, which understandably a concern for prospective inmates here.

Hostel life at BHU is great. Although it differs from the hostels of the main campus (BHU) and south campus(RGSC-BHU). I was in south Campus so i can say that hostel life is great.Food at mess is better in main campus than south campus. Food quality is good and charges are minimal. They provide you food 3 times a day (breakfast, lunch and dinner)Condition of rooms depends on the hostels. Since south campus is relatively new so the hostel rooms in south campus are well maintained and spacious than hostels of main campus. A room is shared by 2 students. 2 beds, 2 tables, 2 chairs, 2 almirahs are provided.Yes, in every hostel, there is an attached ground for atleast one sport. although you can use grounds of other hostels as well as per your interest.Alcohol consumption is strictly prohibited inside the hostel and if found guilty, actions can be taken against you by the authority.Regards

This hostel is for Masters degree students of science. Hostel authority dont look after about the cleaning of bathroom and hostel premises properly.Food is good but the students from West Bengal may not be satisfied.

The biggest issue the illogical rules made by hostel wardens! Students are the best part of this hostel, and the memories of friendship. And the wardens are the villains in that Story.

Its a hostel for boys studying in vhu science stream. It is at atleast 1.5 km distance from lanka gate. You can find ricksaw or electric auto to lead you the within a few minutes. The cleanliness level is not so good but what much you can expect from a hostel. Food served in canteen is also ok. They have a plan of meal for every day. I can call its mess as almost hygienic to eat. Three badminton court is there with light. So you can also play at night.

Rooms are small but internet facility is good. you can watch girls of J C BOSE hostel through window from room no. 120 to 130 and you can have fun through making comment over girls.
