Decent gym right at the centre of Benipur pokhra road. Monthly rate is also very competitive. Visited this place quite a few times.

Gym is quite stinky and unhygienic . Most of equipment are loose, Treadmill is not too good starts shaking after 9km/hour speed same with cycling machine as well.Good for people who wants to work on muscle and manage their cardio workout outside gym.Support cardio workout -🚫Core strength building - 🚫Endurance Training - 🚫Muscle building - ☑️Owner charged me 1000rs for 40days which is quite High with respect to poor service offered by them .
