I am a coustomer for as long as I can remember, and i can say they are probably one of the best store for electronics. From their costing to their coustomer service.At this point no one should even hesitate to go shopping their. I am just adding my complement.

Behavior of the staffs of Sunderpur branch is very bad.They mislead,misbehave & mishandle the customer.They sale substandard quality product & on complain does not pay heed & humiliate the customer.

Exellent ultra modern showroom in varanasi. I am purchasing all electronics goods since from October 2004.

There dlw road sunderpur store gave pathetic service. The salesman had no knowledge regarding ACs. They had no knowledge what they have in stock and had no information regarding models of daikin ACs

Staff behaviour with customer is very well and take care of cleaning of shop.

Not professional behaviour, rates are very high, they didnt work on customer satisfaction.

Very bad service of Neelkanth Newada

Very bad experience , sales person making fool to customer they told wrong information about products and when you realise its to late. After buying product when you complaint then there behaviour is very worst. Dont recommend anyone to buy electronics from this fraudster. 👎👎

Showroom is good, but post sales service is pathetic. Only focus is on selling items and no help thereafter once you have made the payment. We purchased an ac from the shop, but they didnt bother to register for installation of ac with the ac company for 4 days. When i called them from the number we have shared with neelkanth during purchase, they didnt answered the call for 2-3 days, when I called them from a new number, they said they will register for installation today. So post sales service sucks. Its better to go via Amazon and purchase from there, it will also take 2-3 days for installation. We only went for offline shopping as we wanted to get this installed the very next day. Overall I wont recommend going there.

I recently bought split ac from them. It was the only shop some time ago that used to sell heavy electronic appliances. Now there are a few more options, although the new shops arent as big as Neelkanth. It has decent options but it sell items at a much higher price available online, probably because they know heavy appliances are not delivered by online shops in that area and also there are not much options nearby.

Shocking that they are carrying 3.9 stars!! They are so worst that they should be having 0 stars! They just want to take money from the customers and the amount they are charging is not worth it. If you have a lot of patience then only you should shop at this location. Almost all the electronic items are having some problem.. they don’t deliver as they promise. Even if they deliver after so many attempts made by a customer then you’ll get the item with dent or some other issue. It’s a lot of headache if you are buying something from them. They don’t know how to handle their customers.We are experiencing this since many years and they are so numb that they don’t want to understand what they are dealing with. I hope they get close soon..
