Worst company. my parcel has reached their center on 16th and today is 21, still didnt recieve my parcel. there is no way to contact them. their office address is also wrong. I personally visited that address and there was a library instead of ecom express. some nice people in that area informed me that very often some people come there in search of ecom express but they had moved their office in some place unknown whose address is not known even by ecom express customer service team. Very irresponsible people.
