Horrible experience.. i wish i could publically name the employee who neither has the ettiquette nor the basic sense to work in the field of customer service.. first she enters wrong data into the system and reasons that the system isnt working properly.. then she does not even once tries to clarify the wrong input she has entered.. upon confrontation (In which i was very polite) she says that I am giving her gyan, the entire procedure was delayed and my mother had to go to the store twice for her mistake.. for which she had no remorse.Please hire someone literate enough next time.

The service is really casual. They communicate among themselves more than to the customers. Being one the two stores in Varanasi, they dont behave like that. I have to go there 5 times for just getting my postpaid sim port d to prepaid.One star is given coz eventually the task was done.

I visited 5 days ago to the store for a new prepaid connection but unfortunately they wouldnt providing number without VIP subscription .Really bad experience .Better to take another connections like Jio or Airtel.

Drowning company. They have upset customers a lot. Money is deducted without any talk. There is an impact of customers misdeeds.
