I had a great experience with Lenovo Exclusive Store at Manduadih ( MsM Technology ).Mr. Anup did all he can to find a laptops with was out of stock in major india cities and finally after all the hard he provided me tha same laptop same configuration but at bit higher price i dont know why ! .But it was great experience with MSM Technologies

I am writing my worst experience with MSM Technologies.I had bought a HP laptop which was so good in configuration but later it has hitting problem. So i called customer care and they suggested to replace so i went again to MSM Technologies with DOA letter given by HP so they took my lappy gave acknowledge letter that they received the laptop and asked me to come after 3-4 days for new laptop. So i reached after 3 days again they took 3 hour to bring the laptop from other shop. I was so frustrated.Once I received the laptop I set up initial thing and found that new laptop is over hitting again so i asked for other model they showed me other laptop but they started to tell me high price which was unexpected. Even they were not ready to less a single rs. Because they know that I had already paid the amount for previous laptop so it is my MAJBOORI to take any other laptop.Even they were not telling the refund process so finally I contact customer care and they assure me they will refund my money.. Which is in progress.One more thing i want to mention tht i dont know who all gave this 4.8 rating to such worst laptop distributor. They must be paid reviewer.Thanks for reading..
