Very bad services, they even dont behave properly, we have ordered a new launch hp envy 360 13ay0533AU model which have launched on 6th Oct 2021. Today we went to receive our product as we have pre ordered that, And the service was very bad And their response too. Not recommended to buy any new model.

They only meant to sell their product...no after sale support and they leave you with your problem once they recieve payy.

I have given my laptop twice but the real problem was not detected and still left unresolved... MSM computers have intent to repair your laptop or other devices multiple no. Of times so as to increase their service charges. Hence one should not visit the shop for repairs and even for buying laptops as after sale services would not be provided properly. Very disappointed.

Worst Experience when it comes to repair service.They have destroyed my Lenovo (Z series) laptop screen, along with the laptop surface near company logo (they have dropped fevi qwik on several places). and on top they will not accept their fault and will ask money even after destroying your original laptop.

Worst shop I have ever seen. I brought a laptop of dell from there and by my mistake It broken and then when I take it to them for changing the screen. They make the bill of original product but given me the local product. Shame on you MSM Computers. And after around 1 year it again showing the blurr screen then it took time.

This is a total scam shop, I brought a 500GB Seagate Barracuda hard disk (it was refurbished) from this shop at the price of new one.....and got it installed in my laptop......The sales person told me that he wouldnt even reduce single penny and told me that he will give me 2 years of warranty for my HDD.....But when I came home and checked the serial no. of my HDD, the website showed me that its a repaired HDD and its warranty was already expired.....So I called the shop, and he very told me that he will not exchange the said that come and take the money and go ......Please check the warranty details of the products which you buy from this shop.....
