A great authentic cooking class with delicious food! Sparrow Cafe provides you with the recipes as well so we’re excited to recreate the dishes at home! The two women chefs we had were super sweet and their story about how the Sparrow Cafe got started was very empowering and inspirational.

When place at another country feels like HOME ☺️ “Sparrow cafe” is a must-visit in Varanasi! It’s located very close to the city “heart” - ghats; the owner Sakchi, is a great example of self-made woman who can help you with ANYthing; generous team of da cafe will make you feel as comfortable as possible, they also have entertaining program! It’s not a common thing in India, but “Sparrow cafe” somehow oriented to the West, so they have lots of cool stuff at evenings; their guests become friends☝🏼When I was there I met other tourists, and local ones, all of them are great people, I ate home-made food, and Sakchi took care of me all the time
