The only plus point with this hotel is its locality near Assi Ghat. Otherwise its a very below average property with low cleanliness.

Stayed 3 nights, best location for visiting all major temples.Great staff, helped a lot to travel around the place, even called after we checked out to remind us of a forgotten laptop! Best for budget travel though needs better maintenance. Would love to visit again.5 stars for hospitality

Worst hotel I have ever visited.. we had to wait for 2 hours for our check in.. We had booked 2 delux AC rooms.. but we were alloted one AC room and one non AC room..when complaint about it, they alloted us new room.. when we opened new room , someone was already staying in that room.. when we again complained about this, we again had to wait for 1 hour in lobby and they gave excuses that they are trying to allot another new room..no one was there to keep our luggage on our hotel.. when requested time and again, one staff took our luggage to our room..Restaurant was even worst.. you will have to wait for 1+ hour for a single dish of Aaloo Paratha.In amenities, they admit that they have parking facilities. but they dont have parking facilities and you have to keep your Car in road..Breakfast was complimentary. But when we told to give one dish for a particular person and other dish to another person , they told that they dont have man power and they can give only one dish to each and everyone.almost everyone staying there in the hotel was complaining in reception for a lot of issues related to services, cleanliness etc.In a nutshell, Hotel is overpriced. Staffs are worst. Restaurant is even worst. Rooms are not up to the mark. Cleaniness is nil.Only one thing is good i.e. Its location.

Hotel is good easily reachable and food quality is good staff is cooperative and near to ghat walkable distance.

1) How can the full room charges be charged for 1 extra person ? :- I had booked 1 double bed room for Rs for 2 adults. Hotel Divya charged me forcefully to pay Rs 560 more for 1 extra person. So I had to pay Rs 560 to Hotel Divya. In any case, Rs 560 cannot be charged more for extra person.2) Poorest Service and Quality of rooms in Hotel Divya.3) TV was not working.4) Hot water was not available.5) Room was not clean and there were cockroaches all over the places in room including the bed.6) No parking available.

My booking was accepted through OYO on July 5, 2019 but when I reached there after 18 hrs of train journey I was taken aback by their response that there is maintenance work going on. They should not have accepted the booking beforehand (the booking was done 3 days before and they knew about the maintenance work beforehand). All the hotels were showing escalated price at the time I reached there. No other accommodation was provided. Very disappointed with the hotel and OYO service. Please call them before/after the booking and be sure before you reach there.

This hotel is nyc....plus point is assi ghat place at walking distance frm hotel... No electricity prblem during i stayed at hotel... Nd hotel staff are also gud nd well mannered behave... Sme little bit issues but u can neglect that.... Many other restaurants nearby... I stayed here for the first time and my experience was good...

Best place to stay at assi at reasonable price. All prominent places in Varanasi are nearby to this hotel within 4km radius. Nearby shops are opened till 11:30 PM and restaurants are opened till 10- 10:30PM.

I stayed in Room # 202 with my wife from October 25 to October 29, it is observed that there is no Exhaust Fan in Toilet, very Old model TV is kept in room, No room service even morning tea of worst quality costing RS.35/- is available only after 08.30 hrs. The Entire hotel has been taken on Hire from Owner Mr. Tripathi (a very proud person,) by Mr. Khan (very rude behaviour) who deals directly with Customer. He has taken an advance from me and after 2 days, asked us to bring our baggages in reception and pressurised to have holy dips in Ganges, Darshan of Temples till 12.00 Noon for checkout though we have booked upto November 04, 2017.

Its a third class hotel.very dirty rooms,no toiletries in the room.no hot water.bad smell, moisture in the room,third class bed linings, dirty blanket. Unhygienic food.restorent is in basement with very old furniture. One should never stay in such a bad hotel. Further more staff is totally unprofessional.
