Vastu Vihar at Varanasi phase-01 is interested more in extracting money from their investors than providing a decent house. The quality of doorsand bathroom fittings is third class. Some of the residents walls have developed seepage from water overflowing from water tank. One has to keep on running behind the maintenance staff for days to rectify small faults like tap leakage, tank overflowing etc.

Dear Sir,I have booked a Jayanti duplex in Varanasi under Phase 2 scheme in year 2013-14. This site is situated behing BHEL office, Varanasi. Unfortunately More than 3 years has been spent but no construction has been started at yet. Your office representative never give any proper response regarding the status of money refund. They always switch off his mobile. In this connection, please let me know the status of my duplex booking (No. J-11). At the time of booking your office asure me the possession year is 2017 but no any construction starts at yet, infact land registry also not done. Please do the needful because it is already very enormous delay.
