Clean, hygienic and reasonably well equipped value for money option. Not very large rooms, basic bathrooms. Good breakfast spread, service and menu options.

It was an excellent stay. Goibibo given a good deal and my stay for one day was very fruitful. staff were curteous and professional. did not face any hassle from check-in to check out. the room was very spacious and neat and clean. Would like to highly recommend.

Old property but maintained well . I will personally rate it average, room furniture’s are old and typical . Indeed this old is placed centrally and have good connectivity. Won’t recommend food , had bad experience with in room dining, food was tasteless and wasn’t even fresh. Breakfast spread is good but taste is mediocre.

Stay was good. People at reception were really sad. Very cold welcome along with high attitude while receiving guest as if we made mistake choosing this hotel. Dont know if the guy at front desk was serving notice ... Anyways, food is good. Breakfast had selective options but fresh.

Nice and clean 5 star hotel to stay in Varanasi. Very tasty food at kebab factory and east west resturant. Though they have limited space for parking car. Rooms are spacious and breakfast is superb , have many varieties.

1. In bath room water is not getting drain.2. Reception person was informed to send somebody to attend TV problem, no body turnup, again after one hour when I informed once again than it was attended. Staff responce is very poor need to be improved.

I expect better from Radisson. The paint on the wall was chipped in certain places. There are only 2 lifts and it takes forever to reach your rooms if the hotel is full. There was a huge wedding party at the hotel and masking and social distancing protocols were not followed by the guests. The bathroom fittings are old, they work fine but need replacing for better aesthetics.

Hotel experience was average, expectation from brand was not met. It was just like other average hotels just bearing a big brand name. Food was good but very costly as compare to other same category hotel(in terms of room quality). I booked Radisson hotel for the first time and had a good expectation in terms of room quality and services, but unfortunately, overall experience was just average.

They may be great in hospitality, but certainly not the best in the food.When we spent a good amount, all we expect is an awesome taste and good service. Of course, their service was good but not the food. Few items (thai curry) were too salted, few were very lightly salted and this is not only my viewpoint but same feedback I got from my friends too.Dessert was good (which was a lil cake of mine from my fiance).Also they were limited on the menu (they said, oven isnt working, so bakery items such as pizza and all could not be served). The last point isnt the reason for low rating though :)

Very nice, all is well, we stayed here enjoy full safety and secure space in hotel, I think stairs area must clear and clean always, if we use. I do always use stairs mostly.enjoy food and beverage service, send more packages for family. send package when not more rush or may out of season like rainy and etc.

Very less options in breakfast... Shower is not good... No gardens... No park... No sitting placea... No place to take walk... Do not provide daily use items even after repeated calls... and when they provide, they provide half the items what you asked for...

The room that was given to me had dirty bedsheets, broken table and unpolished taps in the bathroom.the furniture in the lobby was also not in good condition. i had never seen such shabby maintenance in any five star. but here it was a different story. after my complaint the bedsheets were changed initially and then the duty manager allotted me a new room which was ok. the excuse they gave was that the hotel is under renovation.it was not something I expected from Radisson. they r sending a wrong message to their customers and it is reducing their brand value.ok

We stayed in this hotel for 2 nights. The hotel is quite expensive yet offers little to justify its price. Its swimming pool, gym were closed due to the covid-19 restrictions. But what we noticed that some of its bathroom fittings were not in the best of their shape. When their housekeeping staff was alerted about the handheld shower not working, the staff expressed its inability to do anything about it as it would be taken care of only after we have checked out. Also, we couldnt help but notice that a small portion of the false ceiling in the passage had been left ripped off. The staff advised us that its repair is underway. Food in the restaurant was very expensive as a one-time veg dinner for 6 left us with a bill over Rs. 5K. However, the food quality was excellent. The parking area is pretty small with the option to park only a few cars in parallel parking. The staff is very courteous and helpful. Overall, a good place to stay in Banaras if one gets a decent package.

Worst experience ever. Not worth even 2K room. Old room, bad amenities, phone wasn’t working. Washroom condition was too bad. Small washroom. AC was leaking like rainfall, whole floor was like flooded in few hours. Would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

The starter was osm..in veg and non veg both.Mashroom chilli was very tasty.The non- veg platter was also very gud.But the mutton Rogan Josh was not so gud.The taste is not as we eat.So the experience was in between.But the staff are very gud and humble in nature and very much for their customers.The Mr. Akash who served us was very gud and humble in nature.And offcourse the whole interior was osm 👌

Awesome property. It was recommended by one of my friend. Unfortunately I could spend just a night there. One of the managers Mr. Afzal was there to help always. Lovely room, best location to stay in Varanasi.I have stayed in many hotels but have one thing I want to mention about this hotel though it does not matter to many but the water temprature and water flow of this hotels bathroom has been best so far among more than 700 hotels I have stayed till now.I had to leave at 4am the next day and they arranged the packed breakfast for us and it was a great gesture and breakfast was fulfilling.Thankyou for your hospitality Radisson Varanasi

I booked this for my parents stay and in laws meeting via Goibibo. And on reaching it was told that visitors are not allowed which is not mentioned in the property policy on goibibo.And neither the hotel called and informed prior. On requesting they allowed my in laws to sit in the lobby where AC was not working. And it was very hot. And on complaining the staff paid no heed. Further the tea served was cold. And I contacted their staff on call who were rude and didnt care.Pathetic services and ruined the purpose if stay. No other hotel had this no visitor policy and even if there is a rule it should have been informed prior to travel since hotels are meant for business and personal meetings along with stay.

When I booked a room with Radisson Varanasi, it was my understanding that I will be get a service expected from a hotel of repute, but my experience was far from satisfactory.To start with, at the portico/Gate their was no one scanning the Vehicle/Baggage (Serious Security lapse) nor was anyone at door to check passenger as per covid protocol.The cost of Buffet was Rs 1200 with a very limited menu (Only one Non-Vegetarian item) and a very limited Veg menu and their was no starter to offer as well. Thus making the whole experience distasteful.Further, I requested for a smoking room through email but again I was checked into a non smoking one and when I requested for change in room they blatantly replied that rooms are not available in spite of rooms available online on hotel website.The room in which I was checked in had no marking of sanitization as expected in time of covid(Other hotel follows it strictly everything from door handle to remote are sanitized and put into a sanitized bag/Seal of sanitization).Furthermore, In my room, the side of the bed had a rusted nail protruding out which is dangerous and not expected from a hotel of repute.It may cause serious injuries to guest in sleep. The list can go on e.g. minibar was empty, the refrigerator door facia was broken, linen was dirty etc.If a management takes reviews seriously (Which I Doubt) than their is a lot to be taken care of.Nishant Priyadrashi.

The chef didnt bothered to care for the refillings .There was no one to take care of the guests .The room AC was leaking and nobody came to correct it .When complained to the GM of the hotel he didnt bothered to say sorry . Instead , he was trying to pass on the bucks to his staff .The entrance of the hotel is shabby .Overall a bad experience . Do not spend your money on just the brand name .

I charged my phone in the night and forgot the charger in the room while checking out at 6 am in the morning. 10 mins later , I realised that I did not collect my phone charger and called up hotel asking them to take it from room and I shall get it collected. They confirmed having charger and now that a person is at hotel to collect, the guy says that havent got the charger. It shows the INTEGRITY of the hotel staff and management that they take away things which customers leaves behind by mistake. The hotel staffs are thieves. Spoke to manager and says nothing can be done about it and admits that staff may have also taken it, but cant do anything as staff has not declared that he is got the same. Surprising....Pls beware of the staffs at hotel and refrain check-in such hotels

Experience was okay! Avoid getting 5th floor corridor stinks smwhat.Breakfast and dinner was good, try Dal Makhani (good one). Rooms are pretty standard and Check-in is at 2 pm or 3 pm.

This is a fake radissonI had booked a room in hotel radisson for my parents on 18/7/21On reaching we were informed visitors are not allowed and out guests were not allowed inside the hotel.My relatives were made to sit in the hotel Lobby which had no A/C and was very hot. The tea served was cold. On confrontation hotel staff was very rude and cut the call.Manager told that due to covid 19 protocols visitors are not allowed which is not mentioned in property policies on goibibo app neither the hotel had informed this priorly. My parents had to face utter insult in front of the visitors due to this worst service In the name of 5 star hotel.Even after all this, my father requested the manager to come to their room to talk to him, but he remained hidden like a guilty person and never cared to talk about the situationThese people have flushed customer satisfaction down the drain, they really dont care about itThey are faking people in the name of radissonReal Radisson people please look and prove into this matter

It was a good stay! The food was excellent and the staff superb! There was a staff member who was particularly helpful, accommodating and shared his knowledge about Prague with us. Unfortunately I did not get his name but it appeared he assisted the front desk and also carried our luggage to our room.

This was the first time I had bad experience in Radisson hotel. I had booked a room for my father and relatives but the service wasnt as good as other Radisson hotels. There was some problem with the lock and had to call the receptionist everytime we had to enter the room. Apart from that, the breakfast served was pathetic as it had no food items. Most of the foods were not available in the morning at 7. Had never experienced such situation in other Radisson hotels.
