Very worst service parcel is recived One day before on there vapi warehouse,Gujarat and still they give the updates that it will delivered on next business day. They really didnt care about urgency. And the thing is that the distance between parcel and the delivery address is near about 30 km only. And thought the shows the expected date of delivery 🙄 😒

Service not satisfactory being big name in industry. Always received message that your home or office closed. Where infact nobody contact or visit home or office to deliver consignments.When call on given toll free number always either busy or not able to connect.Have to visit personally to collect document or parcel at their office. Delivery person simply told not visited address and return consignments to office. Office system sent message that your door was closed. How system knows . Surprised.Overall service is not satisfactory.

Simply hopeless service. The lowest star rating is 1 hence the rating. Someone at google needs to be informed to start negative ratings. In that case blue dart will be the highest in getting negative ratings against its peers. Too high rates and too low services. Local Angadias are far much lower in pricing and much much way ahead in services.

Blue Dart is a courier company here in Vapi besides national highway 48, with good service, but in Vapi there are few negatives...First, staff is very short, only one counter attended is there. If you go there, you have to wait for 15-20 minutes to get any response.Courier service is expensive, as compare to others.....

These are THEIVES. They are SCAMMERS. They are looting people. They dont allow the people to open the box. I suffered a loss of Rs. 15,000 because of them. They dont allow you to open your own parcel untill the payment, even on the approval of sender. I was on video call with the parcel sender in their office for collecting a mobile but they didnt allowed me to do so. I even went to higher authorities but their behaviour are rude. Even I said them Im ready to pay whatever charges ₹300,500 or 1000 will be used to return the parcel, but they didnt listened. When I opened the box infront of their employees after paying them money Rs.15,000 , the same thing happened which I afraid of - A MOBILE FRAUD. It was not the mobile which I ordered, it was a fake one.

From HDFC ergo send a courier for me which was received by Mr Dhabal on 24 th may -19, but its not deliver to me I want to know what kind of service is this u are a brand dont spoil ur name.So request to Mr Dhabal please deliver my letter to my address its important for me.

Doesnt deserve even One star. most pathetic courier service Ive been ever faced. Taking 4-5 days in transits in same state!!!! where most of the courier service delivered it over night. Moreover when we demanded for contact number of particular areas office, customer service executive told me it wont make any difference because they wont pick your call!!!!I rate Blue Dart as Negative 10 Star Company

Bluedart Logistics is the worst logistics company and the employees,......The employees, cant say a word about them .
