Employees dont even have the manner to how to talk to customers. Feels like they are forced to do jobs. Unsatisfied with the condition of store. Even a 12th standard student can talk better than these goons

Vapi Vodafone is really very pathetic staff they dont care about the customer they just want to busy with there self and they show that show that they are very helpfull Im literally disappointed with there service and staff Vodafone vapi they do diserve any kind of rating this is really dump full company

Worst serviceI went there to take new simcard as I want to port my sim from different telecom. But they are taking 50₹ extra charges of the name of FRC. Whole team is corrupt. In fact, on VI website there is no charges so I register complaint to VI care.Vi customer executive directed me to go another store in vapi, I went there and took new sim card without any charges. Only 399₹ for 56 days plan.
