Good manegement, the room some service employees are very lazy. For complimentary items drinking water etc. we have to ask, then only they giving. Manegement providing everything. These employees making bad impression of Hotel.This Maybe due to Covid. But my time there is total 2or 3 rooms was occupied. Then also they servicing properly. Even they not switch on the light in staircase. Neet and clean rooms. This is my experience.

Decent breakfast but with very limited options.Doesnt have a restaurant. Need to order room service. Didnt quite like the food served, or the service.But overall, pretty decent. Will visit again.

Bang in the middle of vapi char rasta most ideal place to stay and move around. Rooms are spacoius and very supportive staff. Their breakfast is not to be missed.

Hotel is approx 2-3 km away from Vapi Railway station. Follow the way it take u here or else ask for Char Rasta chowk.The room are spacious and tidy. Toilet are clean. Complimentary breakfast. Staff is humble (Shoaib yar) n service is prompt.

We stayed at this hotel at the beginning of our tour of Gujarat and we decided to stay there again when we came back to Vapi after two weeks.We had to take the night train to Mumbai and they did not charge us for the late check out....The staff at the reception was excellent, helpful and always smiling: the first time we met Nazir, who organized for us a tour of the surroundings and a drop to next place with a nice and reliable local driver, the second time S.Yaar @ Soyab Karadiya welcomed us and he too was very professional and always ready to help us.The rooms were clean, comfortable and well equipped, worth the price we paid.Breakfast could be more various, but the food (also at dinner) was good and tasty.A special mention to the guard/portier who stand outside the hotel during the day: very friendly, he helped us in findig auto rickshaws, in contracting prices, and even in crossing the road among the crazy traffic of Vapi.Stayed June 2016, travelled as a couple

Great hotel big brand name very prime location. 24*7 service. The issue I face every time is the problem with charging socket near bed doesnt work in all the rooms I have stayed...Or else everything is very good.

Worst staff and manger behaviour. Not manners how talk with customer. The room fare is very high. If you buy anything at market the hotel manger warning and said dont buy anything on market. The staff was great how to handle customer and service. It is my very bad experience at this hotel.

Toilet seats were very bad. I checked four rooms and all had the same issues. Most unprofessional things is, owner doesnt hesitate to offer such rooms to customers. When I highlighted the same point to manager, they acknowledged the bad conditions of toilet seats in some rooms but they tried put the blame on Hindware sanitary wares. So pathetic.
