I can say one of the best hotel in VAPI.They have spacious and well ventilated rooms. Breakfast is wide spreader with good room service. Location very near to railway station and in vicinity to all pharma companies. Definately a recommend for all business/family travellers. Full five star from me.breakfast

Hotel is good, we liked the fact that they did extra check for couples. Its a pure vegetarian hotel too, which we found good. Food is a bit overpriced, and we somehow had issues that TV wasnt working well. else, stay was good. Good service by staff also.

I was regular customer of this hotel , more than 10 times I stayed, everytime I appreciate this hotel. But this time very bad experience. I confirmed with mr. Ravi ( very proudy manager ) on 23 rd June 2021 evening about room and confirmed the room tarif on phone but when reached hotel, he denied the tarif and confirmation and asked higher tariff . So I asked about the owners mobile number but he denied to give. Any way I left the hotel and choose other one..thanks silver leaf vapi..

Nice and very safe place to stay with family staff is less but they are very helpful food is quite expensive in hotel but quality is good the only thing is that the amenities mention for this hotel like bubble bath, toothpaste shaving kit kind of facility they were not giving it and hotel staff is saying that this all mentioned things are not included in your super deluxe package. Just confirm these things before checking otherwise you will get disappointed in spite ek hi of all of this all these things we enjoyed our 4 days stay at this hotel

Location is Vapi and the hotel is situated 2 hours away from Surat Airport. Good for business travelers for check in, stay and check out. At first sight it looks like a small hotel with a small entrance, but they have quite a number of rooms inside. Finding rooms first time might be a bit like a puzzle. Basis arrangements in place for stay, but if you need some basis stuff like brush, paste, ironing boards, comb, etc... you will need to request. Not much crowded during working weeks. Hotel will make arrangements upon request for transits. Staff are quite welcoming. Servicing client requests can be better.> Request to Silver Leaf owners: Improve the entrance section and path to the hotel, hotel name board need better lighting, was not easily visible for first timers while passing, though it was on the main road. Some sections and floors must have more room numbers for directions to find the exact room, particularly for first time guests. Thank you.

Hotel is good but ground shopping center is very conjusted

The reception area is very small and if two or more persons check in or out simultaneously it appears crowded. we had booked a suite (suite no 1) which was spacious and enough for three of us. The bathroom was almost around 100 sq ft having a bath tub also. The outer room attached was also spacious and by providing artificial green carpet and potted plants as also a Swing and a garden table and chairs it gave a feeling of a terrace lawn. The place was neat and clean, as also the linen and towels.The service and staff were good.Food was tasty and breakfast had variety. Different items were served on different days.Shri Ravi, manager, was very helpful and he arranged a cab for sightseeing. Overall it was a nice experience. The suite was nice

Pros:The food is good. We ordered french fries thrice. Bed was comfortable for sleep. Desk provided is good to have our meal in room. Room Service was quick. Cons:Room was not properly cleaned. There was a bad smell spread all over the room and in wash room too. There was no fan in room, no tap in bathroom there was only standing shower. How one can do leg wash without tap. We have our infant baby so tap is required to fill the bucket. Always we have to close curtains as there was duct area outside the window. No proper ventilation in room. Car parking was not proper many time we have been asked to change our parking place. There is no sufficient space for parking. The room was somewhat small in size.

From the outside it looks like just another building full of dust and shops and offices on the ground floor. Step inside the small lobby and you will be surprised. Its modern and feels luxurious. All the rooms are located on the 1st, 2nd and 3red floor. Rooms are modern, comfortable sufficiently spacious. There is a wardrobe and even a iron provided. Bathroom has modern fittings and comes with a glass partition. Each of the floors have dedicated spacious sofa seating which are good for a meeting or a spending some time. Seating area is nicely done with leather sofas, chandeliers and coffee tables and lends a air of luxury to the premises. Cleanliness and maintainence on the inside of the property is very good. They also have a parking lot behind the hotel but one has to walk around the ground floor shops to reach the lobhy. Perfect place in a small town like Vapi for business.

Other services and cleaning is very good.food also good, room very nice only TV problem in my room. full day in business and at night come hotel that time only one TV for time pass or mood freash items and not working properly in my room so very dislike for that.

While checking in, I was asked for payment!!!!!! Never experienced this before.3. Specifically asked for non smoking room, I was given assurance in big way....when entered room, it was having very strong odor of cigarettes. On complaining, I was assured room change but the reasoning was very poor. They said what do we do if someone smoke inside room.4. They dont give you dental kit.5. They force you to use only pre mixed Tea sachets as they have provided cattle. If you want to have coffee....you need to buy!!!6. Breakfast....horrible. very few items and COLD sambhar on winter morning. Wow....on complaining they gave hot one but again illogical argument by them.Overall very poor experience and wont recommend this Hotel.

Though Mr diwakar alloted me a super delux room which was good but some issues are to be pointed out.1.The upkeep of the bathroom is not at all good and needs to be improved. I understand that the hotels do not have sufficient housekeeping people.Even the tissue paper roll is empty and are not checked. There is no supervisor to check functioning of TV, AC etc in the rooms.2.The liquid soaps provided in the bathroom are not filled daily and no labels are put on that.3.The hotel does not provide basic things like toothpaste, toothbrush and shaving kit. The shops are situated far off.4.Food was goodSudheendra

Very nice place with good food and nice interior ambience. Particularly recommended for punjabi cuisine. There is a nice hall for a gathering of 80 to 100 persons and the location is also good - just opp VIA hall at GIDC Vapi. There is a modern look with a touch of antiquity- an old gramophone as a jukebox for example. Kids are particularly fascinated by the glass walled elevator used to go to the restaurant. Suited for family as well as friends.

The room allocated was fine but not maintained. The electrical fittings were not not working properly. Hot water kettle was not working. washroom light was sensor based, but it went out on its own even when you were inside. Breakfast items almost finished by the time i went to have it. There was some repair work going on , outside the hotel due to which there were no autorickshaw coming to the hotel. They were neither courteous to declare it not helping to get one. I walked almost 1 kilometre to get an autorickshaw

Silver leaf hotel is located near VIA hall in midst of the industrial estate of vapi. Although it appears very simple from outside, but once you enter the building, the interiors and warmth of the staff gives an amazing feel. They have good arrangements for small conferences and workshops. Food is also very good and restaurant staff are receptive.

Located near GIDC Vapi so becomes a perfect location for business travellers . The hotel doesnt look good from outside however dont go by that look. The rooms are at par with any 4 star and spacious . We stayed here twice , forgot a phone charger during our first visit , the staff had kept it safe and gave us when we came back. The hotel has nice lobby and space on each floor

This is my second visit to this hotel. it will not look good from outside but once you enter inside, its amazing. the staff are cooperative and friendly. the rooms are quite clean and equipped. the only drawback with the hotel is the single occupancy room which are too small to accommodate even one person

This is very good hotel in vapi. It is located near railway station as well as near highway. It has good ambiance and good aminities. Good restaurant as well as supporting staff. Rooms are spacious, clean, and well maintained. You can book rooms without breakfast it can be cheaper than to book with breakfast. You can than take it there directly with cheaper rate for unlimited breakfast. Shoe cleaning machine, news paper at floor reception waiting place available not in room. Lift is available. Room service is good. They didnt provide toiletries in washroom. They take charge for other than shampoo and nath liquid. There is one other problem faced that near bathroom there is no door mate provided to dry your wet legs due to this room get dirty. There is unique things also give charm to you that avaibility of iron, decent alarm. You can drink clove tea there by hot water nd clove tea primix. There is small refrigerator. For corporate visitors can stay there by booking room with 1 bed for 1 person. For 1 person you can book room with 1 bed which is cheaper that room with 2 beds. Over all good experiance there.

I will give a zero star for the worst hospitality.#1) Reception Staff is not courteous enough to talk properly.2) Passages stinks with the cigarettes!😢3) Goibibo gives a better deals than their offline booking.4) Even the offline booking was cumbersome. I had to follow thrice for the same!5) They think their business will work because easy Occupancy, but i say this will not go long!

Centre of the city Near by market. Hotel no doubt was super class. Food served was good. Restaurant interior was quiet good with some ancient touch of musical instrument played. Accommodation n food is good quiet high but worth it.
