Worst and horrible services rendered by dgvcl baitha employees and workers. No one pick up the call.daily and again and Power cuts without any reason or intimation.lazy and shrewd dont want to work.no liability. Its fake Vikas model.

Phone number always shows busy ,They should arrange more contact numbers for complaining local power cut issue, call centre is very far thing for them but atleast they should provide more contact options or ways for complaint. Because there is frequent power cut peoblems in the different regions in vapi.

Two day ago my connection cut still there are not re-connection I pay yesterday my electricity bill than after I pay electricity bill there saying your connection will star within 2 Hours still there are saying 2hours its very rubbish services vapi
