Dear Sir/Madam,Please look into this, I am very dissatisfied with your service because of we are in customer service Actually i am the Service Manager of Divine Motors Pvt Ltd. (A authorized Dealers of Hyundai Motors India Limited). Therefore A automobile part was arranged from our Mumbai Dealership on dated 4th July Which docket number is D 61110453. It has been shipment ed on same day and the promise time of delivery was 5th July. After that on dated 6th July at 5pm when the part was not received then we meet at your local office then they promised that the part will receive at midnight Therefore today morning at 10 am again we send our executive for collect the part but again they said that part not came. But as per your local office promised time we also given commitment to customer and now customer demand his vehicle.So Request you please suggest us what to do now.
