It is very true diagnostic centre, the staff is very supportive. Very nice centre.

It is a truth where the positive is experienced. It is a very neat and clean diagnostics center. The nature of doctor is very good and also staff is very helpful and nice.

Great experience. I barely waited to be helped when I checked in. The staff and Doctor were all very friendly and helpful. Totally disappointed by staffs behavior, doctor may be good but staff is totally unprofessional, when we entered for my wifes routine check ,they said there are 4 numbers your number is 25th now its 20th number is ongoing you need to wait 30-40 min.Later on they have allowed many persons almost 8-10 to enter for checkup ,almost all of them came after us.I have lost the patience and asked them the reason they simply started arguing saying that all of them have booked their number on phone.then why the hell qe are waiting ? We have got our turn after almost after waiting for 2hrs 50 minutes. It has spoiled our day .worst experience ever.

Bad Experience, No proper facility of sitting,No proper guidence. Every thing is worst. We cannt rely on report also, as they takes less time for sonography and more time for report generation.In 15 min who complets sonography?Not trust worthy.

Hansa Diagnostics has cheated on me. I got ultrasound of Gall Bladder Stones and the doctor said that the size of the stones is not being detected properly. Gall bladder is contractual. Just then when I said that I will come again the next day, the doctor refused and my 40 days ago I gave the new report by writing the same to the same size of stones from that report and took the entire money of Rs.800 for the wrong report. When the size was not visible in ultrasound, how did it write in the report. I am Very Disappoint and unsatisfied with this Ultrasound 👎👎👎😡😡As per Doctor Reply 👇The same thing happened during my previous scan and the scan was repeated again the next day….This is my question, why did you refuse to scan again the next day this time when I was ready to come?And if you didnt measure the size of the stones properly due to the contracted state of my gall bladder, why report to me without a repeat scan? This time How? 4
