Very poor delivery service, parcel received on 21st oct at vapi but yet not delivered up to 26th oct within two km area, no update received on mobile time to time and no contact no mention in msg.

Poor delivery service and no updates about it. Much idiotic work from their side. Worst delivery service I have ever seen. Unmannered brutes are the ones that run this ekart thing. A place full of hoodlums, a trash talking guy is their boss. When asked why didnt they called before returning my product he just said that he who will w150 to 200 customers a day? Well isnt it their job or do they just want to get paid by doing nothing Nd is an arrogant fellow who is sitting there just to surf facebook and sip off tea and cold drinks. Its full of illiterates and worst delivers I have ever seen cause they only believe in sitting around and passing excuses by covering each others faults. Worst!

Last time I went here and surprisingly there were no hub when I asked neighbours they told that they have shifted and didnt gave any other address.....
