As a real estate professional Ive had the honor of working with NR Properties on several projects in Edina. Not only are they kind but they are consistent in their kindness. Their team, including their sub-contractors, is comprised of good listeners, problem solvers and community connectors. They are committed to a seamless build process and the finished product is always beautiful and solid. Highly recommend!
Beware. Do not buy or build with NRP, unless you want your house to collapse. We have had so many issues since we bought our house in 2020. The house was built in 2019 and in the last two years there have been 10+ cracks in the ceiling on both floors, random cracks in the walls, the laminate flooring in the kitchen is lifting, and the vinyl in the bathroom is lifting. The workmanship and the way this house was built is horrible! It has been such a headache dealing with this company to get them to cover warranty items. They act like they’re doing me a favor by fixing their mistakes. No responses to phone calls/texts for months. Don’t even bother reaching out to “Eric” who is the manager to get anything addressed, he won’t respond to phone calls or texts! The only good experience is that the drywall guys who have been repairing my ceiling (second visit in not even 6 months) are fast and kind. These homes are terrible quality and very cheaply made. NRP is cutting corners to get as many homes built as possible and make a quick buck. There is so much more I could say.. Please don’t bother working with this company, learn from my mistakes.
NR Properties has been a true joy to work with. I worked with them in Edina. Family owned, they bring a personal touch to everything they do. You arent just a number to them. They dive deep into first figuring out if building is the right fit for you (something Ive never experienced with a builder before). Then, if it is a good fit, their amazing team holds your hand every step of the way to ensure you get the home you were dreaming of....on budget! Nate, Trish, Eric, Kristin, and the rest of the team were a pleasure to work with. The finished product speaks for itself...quality and luxury, without the large mark-ups we were seeing from other builders. Weve already recommended them multiple times to friends, family, and colleagues and will continue to do so!
I have worked for and been a client of NR Properties for several years now. I am also a real estate professional. I have worked with numerous builders over the years and I can whole heartedly say NRP blows the top off. NRP is a family owned, custom home builder, with many years of experience in the home building world. From the ground up, NRP and their team will walk you through the home building process every step of the way. They are very much a client orientated business and I would recommend them over and over again!
NR Properties is an exceptional, custom, boutique-style builder. The owners are incredibly caring, innovative and truly have your best interests in mind. From building million-dollar homes to custom villas, their luxury-style quality is clear to see. One thing is for sure, you will not be disappointed with your NR Properties home!
NR properties builds to the highest quality standards. With superior attention to detail and 5 star communication. They are a local builder that prides themselves on high levels of honesty and integrity. Very happy with their product!!
We had a great experience building with NR. They helped ease our transition into the Twin Cities - professional, accommodating to our construction needs and always there when we needed them. We love our new home!
NR Properties has some of the highest quality homes on the market. The Blaine Creekside Villa development is well needed for the community and built with quality in mind!
Buyer beware of the homes in Creekside village in Blaine MN. They are built on filled in wetlands and possibly could lead to foundation issues down the road. The workers in Creekside Village are horrible. They litter, tresspass have damaged personal property and expose themselves. They will not follow city ordinances even after several police visits. The grading of the land is terrible, and I have seen water standing for days right next to the houses. If you look close at the quality of these homes, they are not good. They are ridiculously overpriced considering for what you get and this development is next to major roads and the police and fire department are always screaming past. The fence that is just a few months old is already falling down. That just says quality doesnt it! Also good luck going east during rush hour out of this development!
