Very poor service

(This review is for Quest Internet Pardi, 107 B, Caledonia Complex, Near Jyoti Hospital, Chival Road, Pardi 396125). Horrible services! I bought a one year plan last November. I have used the internet just for around 20-25 days in total. Most of the time I wasnt around but last sept I stayed in valsad at my place in Mangalyam Meadows for 4 days & I could use the internet for max 3 to 4 hours in these 4 days. The staff & the person who has taken the franchise, both are thick skinned. Things will only be done at their convenience. After repeated requests they still pay a deaf ear as theyve already pocketed the yearly subscription money. A bunch of unprofessionals with a huge attitude & worthless people to interact. PLEASE DONT USE THEIR SERVICES EVER 🙏

Trying to contect on phone since from two days but no one responding the phone as net connection is not working from 19/5/20.

Technicians don’t know what they are talking and when you buy 50 mbps pack you will get speed of 20 mbps and they talk in rude manner. I had to disconnect because I cannot bear with such cheap and rude behaviour.
