I have 20 Mbps unlimited internet connection provided by them. Initially they used to adress issues promptly but now they are not bothered. Even the owner has become arrogant. He forgets that this is service base industry. If you cannot give timely solution then forget about business. So guys, think twice before opting for Quest broadband because once payment is made, they are least bothered. Sad affair.P.S. Guys I had enough of their excuses. I am removing Quest Broadband (narrow band actually) connection and experimenting with yet another service provider till I get our old BSNL broadband. Old is gold. Rest are opportunists.

Worst Ever Internet Service Provider is whole Gujarat, Never go to them! No Proper Internet Connection, pay for 50mbps package and get 20mbps speed in return. No response from their customer service helpline as well! They dont even attend ur calls after 1-2 times of service and block u!

I have a yearly plan for unlimited data at 50 mbps but it is not more than 20 mbps...it is difficult for attending meetings and we cant watch videos even at 1080p

I have taken connection for 50 Mbps from day one there is connectivity problem given complaint for so many times but no response they just book complaint its my big mistake to take connection
