Excellent! This gym is meant for the employees and their family members of UPL and UPL Group companies. It is equipped with modern equipments and also maintained in a good condition. Gym instructors and nutritionist provides excellent recommendations to keep maintain good health. Apart from gym, it has Steam bath, Yoga room and Karaoke facilities. It’s a free facility to employees and their family. The only thing you need is a pair of clean shoes. Remember, if you choose to will keep your shoes in the lockers provided and discontinue going to gym for longer (6 months or more), it will be disposed. This also motivates people to visit the gym at least once per 6 months 😊. Jokes apart, it’s really a nice facility provided by the company and the employees should take benefit out of it.
