I gave my Honda Activa 6g for repair as it met with an accident its front part was damaged and handle was unbalanced. It took 15 days to repair my scooty and on that also it was not repaired properly. Screws were left open , the front part was not fixed properly. On saying this to repair this properly they said its like this only you can see in other scooties. But it was not . They just fixed the damaged parts and didnt mean whether the scooty is working fine or not . I am attaching some pictures.

Worst ever experience. They r cheater. The owner Mr. Billal is an uneducated person, he himself told me. I have put my honda sp 125 for service on 1/9as it met with an accident. On24/9 I had taken away my bike as they were not guiding us properly. Ontaking away my bike they asked me to pay 60/day charge for parking for which they have not told us before nore anywhere they have mension it. After lot of argument and after the negotiations by mr. Abdul bhai an icici lombert representative they chare me 40/day some of total 960₹.they even not providind job card to customers. No Recepnist counter, no complain book, no customer care officers

The showroom is fine, though a little clumsy. The service is appropriate. Ill recommend to buy from here.

If theres n option i love to -minus rating for the service. They only entertain you while you goes for booking. Nowdays even govt. Departments are far better than these people. The service department only look for the revenue. If u r going for free service. Whatever problem you report. They just wash the bikes. Becuse i had a bad experience previously. I stayed there 5hrs to watch what they do. They just washed the bike only. N mention all the complains resolved on the jobcard

I had taken activa 5g in novermber 2019 and there was some defects in it, at time of service i clearly told to check and clear the faults after 2 service they still not solve and they dont response properly when its ask for solution.

Worst service dont care of customers time for 10 mins job you have to spend about an hour.Pathetic service.

Worst service Activa 5g kept for 4 days not clear the problem of particular scooty on the 4 day they had done the problem in front of me when I said harshly till 9 am to 1 pm I stand for the scooty the worst service bad employe saying me anything..for washing they dont have water to wash only for 2 days worst service I had ever seen..go for the other brand or azaz for the best service and result..🙏Even they have 3-4 nos 2-3 of thm are switched off and others some time dont even answer the call hell..
