Had our baby shower function here. The hall is very beautiful. Seats125-130 people comfortably and may be more if adjusted. Food is good especially the Punjabi dishes. The management and staff is very cooperative.

I got engaged here. The food was good, the banquet hall can easily accommodate 150 people. The staff is very friendly and well - behaved, they served each guest with a smile. Parking space is available. My event went smoothly without any glitches, highly recommended.

Hotel is situated at the best location in terms of connectivity. Besides NH-48(Mumbai-Ahmedabad high way) and Vapi railway station is around One kilometre distance. Food is very good (fully vegetarian). Room is very neat and clean. Service & professionalism of staffs are very good. Parking is available ( though limited space inside). GIDC Vapi is nearby. Hotel is surrounded by residential buildings and market are is nearby.

It is so unfortunate that most of the time I get into a situation where I have to upload negative review. I booked this Hotel looking at Google review rating but the real experience was different.I booked this hotel before 3 days of check in date of 9th Jan. I booked executive category room. I also confirmed after 1 day if the room is booked. On 9th of January I received call from hotel to check why I have not reached because it was very late. I told him that I will be reaching by 7:30 p.m. as I was travelling from Surat. I reached there and after completing check in process I checked in my room. When I went to room, looking at the room size I was surprised. I asked the person over there that is this ID executive room then what would be the size of deluxe room!!! after 5 minutes I received call from reception saying that did not have executive room available hence they have given me deluxe room. they hide this information from me till the time I realise that there is something wrong. they try to offer me another executive room but it was having twin bed and since I was a single person I said no for this. Actually they should have reserved my room as I booked it well in advance. I decided to continue with the smaller room and then went for bath. Another problem faced, no hot water. Next day when I woke up and went for bath again the same problem no hot water. I had to wait for 20 minutes before they sent me hot water to bath.This could be one of the instances of this hotel but my first experience was so bad that I would never visit this hotel again.

Food quality and taste was excellent. Manager and staff were very cool and co-operative. Rooms and bathrooms were neat and clean with good quality soap, toothbrush, shampoo, conditioner and toothpaste. Rates are very reasonable as compared to facilities provided. Rooms are equipped with portable refrigerator and other accessories such as shoe polisher, needle and threads with buttons, band aid, comb etc. Overall an excellent and remember-able trip.

I will recommend this for travellers who are looking for only night stay.however not much to appreciate but hotel location and cleanliness is better at this price point.Room size are too small considering Vapi kind of small place there should not be size constraint. Breakfast spread is very very limited like you are eating in highway dhaba which had few options to select.. Dont even think of staying here. (Update) The conversation with your owner was so discouraging that it resulted in me not staying there. In service industry it is very easy to lose a customer and yes, the choice is always his!

Each and everything is excellent.Only request to hotel management to look into size and quality of sleepers kept in the room.I stayed twice in this hotel and I slept both the times in bathroom with those sleepers.Also size of sleepers was too small.Please do needful if possible.Otherwise everything is excellent, as I said earlier.
