Worst service station ever. If you own a BAJAJ 2 Wheel in vapi then better get vehicle serviced from 3rd party service center as this BAJAJ official service center in vapi is absolutely pathetic. There Was No One To Communication With Customer...No One Responsible Person...Worst Service Experience Ever.... Better to get Your Vehicle serviced elsewhere. This was my first and last paid service over here. Dont waste time and money....

Rubbish service dont talk properly, there is a problem in selling, still giving 15 days time , they have been sold in 1 week I am not happy

Okay so the showroom and service center is quite acceptable. The customer service they provide is satisfying. However I have had a few issues with their vehicle service quality and hence 1* less.

I Just visit Bajaj service station and they robbed me.Bill 4650/- and labour charge 2006/-I swear I never visit.

My bike was not started after purchasing Avenger 160 in 2 months. I request them to send Service technician as i have far away 20 km. they regret to send technician for checking also.to location. as i have to send bike by tempo to showroom. After selling bike their responsibility is over? Rude attitude.No value of customer. Not listening to customer.

WORST SERVICE AND WORST BEHAVIOR BY STAFF.I BOUGHT PULSUAR 220 IN 2014 FROM YOUR CENTER , AND NOT SO MUCH TIME FLEW BY, SO MANY DEFECT IN INTERNAL PARTS WERE FOUND AND EVERY TIME WHENEVER I HVE CONTACTED AND CAME TO CENTER FOR THE SERVICE FOR BIKE , THE WORST BEHAVIOUR AND CONSTANT PROCRASTINATION HAS BEEN OBSERVED IN YOUR STAFF , THIS WASNT ONLY ABOUT ME , MY COUSIN BROTHER ALSO HAVE BEEN GONE THROUGH THIS EXEPERIENCE SINCE HE BOUGHT AVENGER FROM YOUR CENTER. IF THERE COULD BE ANY NEGATIVE STARS RATING AVAILABLE I WOULD HAVE GIVEN THAT TO YOU. WERE YOUR REGULAR CUSTOMERS AND YOU DO THIS KIND OF BEHAVIOUR TO CUSTOMERS ?

Bharat bajaj seles person and proporitor both are fraud, i ask selse person about manufacturing date about bike.he answer me one month ago.my bajaj v15 bike r.c book received me after 6 month and bike manufacturing months is one year ago from my perched date. I complaint against bharat bajaj but company proporitor no response. Very bed experience.ple. check manufacturing months and year proper. Seles old bike.

Very bad experience with Bharat Bajaj vapi branch. Specially their mechanic are hazam.I purchased Bajaj Ns200 and the problematic joinery starts. When I gone to service center for service my bike, firstly their hazams(Unprofessional mechanics) were not at service center, may be there are on holidays(250+ days in a year).Then if by chance they were at center they not checked your bike properly, and told you about higher side charges(fake charges). I personally very bad experience like service Issue they first charges 8000 RS for bike engine problem, I repaired my bike as per their advise with this charges. Again got same issue within 4-5 months and I checked my bike and they charged me 13-15k, so I refused and then I went to other small garrage and they repaired my NS200 bike with only 620 Rs.Please dont buy any bikes from this center. Because of its staff only.(specially for some hazams) Rather than Bajaj bike is always good bikes.

Worst service culture & worst behavior by the staff towards customers. Only care & respect of customer is there at the time of purchasing new bike, whole staff is too kind untill you purchase new bike, once you purchased bike from next day same customer does not have any value and respect. If customer has any problem in his bike and if customer do inform to service center in the same showroom then they do not even interested to listen the customers problem and they show wrong attitude to the customer. They are not able to understand basic issues & always make unnecessary excuses with wrong behavior.So If any new customer wants to purchase bike from Bharat bajaj, so based on my personal experience & other customers reviews, the new customer needs to buy a bike at his own risk. To write review on google, it is mandatory to give rating by clicking on star, hence only despite not wanting to give rating, I gave one star to them, otherwise I would not have given one single star too. because they dont deserve it.

I replaced Chain set of my V15 here during my solo trip. Staff was very cooperative and friendly.

They dont take care about customer if u go for purchase spares it is not available in stock if you give order they give u time 15-30 days after 30 days also u dont get spares from them nobody will ever ask you again.
