I have not seen service more pathetic than this till date. I purchased a saree which I was supposed to pick up the next day (Saturday 4th Sep) at 2 pm but they kept me waiting till 4:30 pm and I still didnt get it. I had to catch a flight at 7:30 pm and so had to leave after waiting so long. Post that they said that theyll courier it immediately to my location in Mumbai and Ill receive it by Monday. Its been more than a week now and I still have not received it. They have absolutely no care for the customer. Once the amount has been paid, it becomes the customers responsibility to figure out whether they even get the product or not.Never going back here or recommending it to any one.

My experience with panghat has been absolutely splendid. The lehenga was made very nicely especially in the limited time period that I had. Rohit personally followed up in order to make sure I get my outfit on time. Moreover, he also helped us get my husbands sherwani in a record 7 days time with shoes !

They have got the worst team of staff who are not at all trained in customer dealing..They cant even understand the wants of customers..There tailoring is even worst than ever..Even after explaining 100% times they cannot even do as per the customers needs and also show the courage of saying that whatever tailoring services will be provided in first attempt will be free of cost and after the second attempt if the tailoring work is not done as per your satisfaction then you have to pay extra charges for the tailoring..As it is they charge from the customer for the dress and on top of that they even say that after the measurement taken by our tailor and after that also if he doesnot do the alteration as per your measurement given then for getting it corrected you have pay the charges..Secondly there is no coordination in the team of staff at all..

Best lehangas and very friendly behavior

Very bad experience. Salesperson Rohit is one of the most arrogant and rude salesperson I have ever met. He delivered a very expensive gown bought for a ring ceremony really late - 3 days before the event on purpose. The quality and the tailoring was pathetic. Once you have made payment here remember you cannot expect any kind of co-operation or customer satisfaction. They will simply ask you to go to hell as they have a strict policy of no refunds.

It is a superb store...with best outfits for the Bridal Wear as well as for Mens wear.

Worst experience ever, disaster buy. They couldnt deliver on time for a wedding ceremony ,when they finally deliver the product was made out of cheap quality and the fitting was really bad. The salesperson doesn’t cooperate or try to help in any way once the payment is done. Very rigid with their nonsense policies and they don’t care about customer satisfaction.

Terrible staffs. Didnt seem interested at all to help. Waited for 10 minutes while most of the staffs were free but nobody hosted and rude behaviour We told you itll take 5 minutes. Finally walked away.

Extremely poor service and moreover sales team dosent know how to talk to customers.

Fantastic and awesome cloth collections, but only for Rich people.

Panghat is located near Park Street. It is a very big shop and has wide range of sarees, lehengas, suits, gowns etc. The price is slightly on a higher end but worth paying. The staff is cordial and polite. I couldnt find any parking space provided by the showroom. Alteration of garments are done in the shop itself.
