Very very bad service of shreenet....staff never attend complaint call.....dont buy shreenet plan.its waste of money.

Paid for 50 mbps and never have I received the full speed, it usually hover around 30-40mbps. When i called the customer care, they tell me its due to heavy load. Worst experience

I called them many times to solve internet issue everytime they say yes sir it will get solved after 20 days of complaining also i am facing same issue i am having corona issue at my home and the only way to be entertained is through movies and all which can be seen by internet when i said them internet not working they said our team is not available due to corona it will be solved within a week but when i said try to solve it early because we are having the issue their reply was thats not our fault that you family is having corona thats your look out so was this reply a satisfied reply ? also they say call us at the time you face issue i always face issue after 10pm and when i call they dont pickup the call next day thier response is same guys i am from vapi and i am facing issue from many days i finally told them to refund my payment by reducing the amount as per my usage.But i think i have not used it for a year also and their refund amount is less than a 50% so guys please check before you take thier serviceThankyou

They claim to have 24/7 helpline on their app and never picks up call.Reported internet loss multiple times in a day but no satisfactory response.

Worst experience. Anytime the net stops. Whenever we complain they say this wont happen again. And this happens again and again. Plz dont go for this service provider.

One of the worst internet service provider. They dont even intimate you if there is some issues from there side. Infact when you will call them for resolution they will not respond ur call..In one year I have not experienced a single day when speed was as per my plan.Your mobile data will be more faster than there internet speed.So please think thousand times before preferring shreenet

Hey guysi have use so many broadband like, gtpl, hi link, quest i get so many problem regarding speed issue and there service. and now i am using shreenet and its superb with quick response and from 6 month i am using there broadband but hardly face 1-2 face any issue regard speed but they resolve within a 3-5 minute. its little bit expensive but its worth it. if you still dont believe on me then take 1 month plan and you will find quality service.

Superb service

Really bad service. No one attends call in the evening and that’s when their service disrupts. For renewal they start calling you weeks before that it will interrupted ASAP. But when its a fault at their end they always respond “Sir kal hoga. Team nahi hai abhi” and won’t pick call after that (after 5pm). No matter how much important it is for you.
