Great beach...beautiful and calm...

We were able to get reserved seating here (booked well in advance). It was a very nice atmosphere and the staff is very helpful. The drinks we ordered were delivered quickly and we added a plate of mixed snacks that was great in terms of variety.

Very nice beach bar, quite cosmopolitan! Ideally located at the foot of the Ostend casino. Beautiful olive trees complete a pleasant blue / white decision. Quality music.Reasonable prices.

A bit expensive but very nice facility.

If you like to sit dressed in the sand like on a tearoom terrace, order drinks and snacks and your wallet is well filled, then this is a nice place. You can play petanque there. Children can play on the playground equipment. Further on are the sun loungers where you can sunbathe in a bathing suit, there is the possibility to rent a wind sail and parasol. The owners and staff do their best to make your day fun.

We were seated, we were asked if we did not mind moving around to leave a larger group than us to settle down but that we were going to be seated at a pleasant table, as a result we were seated at the end of the table with a table already occupied. Never seen that.

Unbelievably much and friendly staff. Always tried and with us also very courteous. Cozy Stranbar with a large selection of drinks. We did not try food. If you are out on the beach at the beach, you can bring your own picnic. Two beach chairs and a screen cost 25 EUR.

Blue Buddha is a bit of a go-to name here on the dike and they have the advantage of this name recognition. But there are also other beach bars where you can get a better finished drink such as a gin and tonic for the same money. If I still give (relatively) a lot of money for a gin and tonic, I prefer a place with that extra touch.

Do not dare to take a sunbed at 17.30. You will pay the full price and they will take away the umbrella even with a baby. A cheaper rate at the end of the day would be less rapacious.

Frankly little atmosphere, rather fake, and yes a tourist trap although I cant imagine that Duinbergen is now a top destination. Personally I had the experience of very impersonal and more people from and we have been to, not really my thing.

Top location for a day at the sea, very relaxed during the day and at an apero DJ with a drink at the bar. Splendid.

Nice beach bar but often too noisy and expensive.

Top ambiance, top DJ, well-kept drinks, owners who know their world and appreciate their customers, the customer is central! Kids are also more than welcome thanks to the great playground. More than worth a visit!
