The worst experience i am having with this bank service. My CC is not getting delivered to me even after sever follow ups and complaints. My credit card is going to my secondary addredss and same issue have escalted multiple time but no solution provided. The HDFC executive is doing nothing except baseless talking and these people made me ro reach this level. I dont know where my Credit Card is and with whom it is. These people are not taking any action on it except giving excuses. If this is the reward of being an old customer then i would not recommend hdfc to anyone else in future. Zero in not on the rating list else i would have given the 0 in rating

I was looking for the negative rating...google must enable it...as the experience in tha branch was pathetic...they can give you the loan...but if you go there for some assistance they will ask you to visit another branch....pathic loan services....will recommend to everyone not to take any loan or services from HDFC bank.

Dear HDFC Team,I am your satisfied customer since 10 years. I have a small concern regarding loan that if any company is not listed in corporation then is there any alternative for approval the loan?My loan is not approve just becouse company was not listed. I have the wrost experiance with HDFC bank. No customer service at all. Have been chasing from past 3 month for a solution for my jumbo loan account and credit card bill payment no one helping me out.

Pathetic Services from HDFC Noida they always delayed things with multiple reasons and end of the day you have to suffer for that reason.always shared wrong mail id information and you will not be able to send any mail also..

Such a pathetic bank hdfc, I got 5000rs in my ac and bank deducted as non maintenance, where as I didnt use this bank from years and years... Instead of service its forcefully money snatching.

My upi id not working after 8th months,, reason transactions failed just because bank not allowed in this transactions.. Im visit lots off time our branch noida sec 18 but he said I dont have that kind of solution... I dont know this is fair or not,,, but sec 18 noida hdfc bank staff very Ambarising in me,,, specially miss deepika..In at all time very rude behavior.... I dont know why ❓

Staff not helpful as my CC issue is pending for March 2020 to till now. RM said Im help less & not fwd my issue to senior management as well.

Staffs having their own mess everytime so they are unable to solve Customers problem even nobody cares. Also they are very rude & impatient & the one who is replying all the reviews please provide the correct mail address so that people can approach you through mail instead of visiting your branch.

I dont know about the manager but, there is one girl who sits at customer service desk on left side. She doesnt deserve to sit there. She doesnt behave properly with customers.. not does she try to understand their problems. She is arrogant and always agitated. Avoid this branch if possible.
