Showroom was fancy and practical at the same time. Service was good. Bike servicing did took some time, so anybody visiting make sure to go early so that you can avoid queues.

I was on my way To udaipur.. Due to heavy rain I was facing difficulties to start the bike after sometime..I Googled nearest RE service centre and came across them.. The time to open the service center was 9.30, i spoke to the concern and they took my machine on Priority and made the changes to my bike.. 550 KMs I was able to pull it off well..Cheers!

I visited yesterday and i asked for the demo and they answered me that there is demo vehicle but some bodey took it to long ride....is demo vehile for customer who visit show room or is alloted for ride..i dont under stand

Servicing of bike they are doing good. But, the waiting room is not happening. There is broken fans, no A/C, not proper sitting arrangements. Document movement for billing is quite slow. Staff is not that much informative.

They have a waiting room for the owners which have been come for service thier bike

Worst experience ever. I gave my bike for the engine work and they committed to complete my work in 7 days and they delivered the bike in 45 days . There is no professional approach for work ,no service manager ,no workshop manager, no one to take the concerned responsibility. Regarding the money they dint even gave proper estimate as well as the bill was too high.

They never do things on time. They will promise to come to your home to see the problem but dont expect them to be there for 3-4 days. Moreover they dont pick up calls.

Good staff although the service persons can be a little more polite.The internal staff in showroom is very good.Easy processing of loans and documentation.Accessories like helmet different silencers, jackets, boots other PPEs availableAmple parking space. And if any issues with service you can always ask them again.....

Right now giving 3 star for ok service.Not satisfied much.Engine Service good but Washing not that much clean. Please use some good bike cleaner.One suggestion for service guy check everything in bike before giving delivery back. I face some problems and they complete all after i told them and they solved but what i am saying it is your Duty.Bike mechanic is good but some of them need more proper training.If in feature is it going good or bad i change my review and rating.

I have never experienced good and decent response from the staff ppl. Its just like they take us for granted. Behavior seems jus like a formality kar rahe ho. Bike service person were bit helpful and co operate rather den d staff ppl.Besides i finally got my number plate after six months. That too after lots of follow ups, phone calls. Many times phone calls not been answered and if answer den wer jus fake promises. Really cannot expect such relation from such wellknown brand name of bikes.

First of all the staff dont know how to talk with customer . Today i visited there for my bike insurance issue , i was talking with the owner and suddenly one man came form inside and started arguing with me and his tone was not appropriate this is how you treat customer ugh . He stated that the surveyor told them this thing will not pass in insurance but when i talked with surveyor he told me that he has not said anything . This is how they misguided me and surveyor . I want to tell that this is not the way to treat any customer . I will not give my bike there for service ever . They also dont do service properly . Nice staff. I was travelling from Mumbai to Vadodara and met with an minor accident. Had to replace the rim of the front tyre. These people helped me a lot for the same and the service was quick.
