Very disappointed in the service. I did order a new seat cover and it turned out that it was not a right fit of my model. After that the seat cover which was installed by the authorized dealer had torn the new seat cover while installing from 7-9 places and without inspecting they have returned me my car as it is. This is so irresponsible and total negligence. Is this how Ford works? Is this how Ford treats his customer? I have been following up with the sales guy and the RM from 6th Jan 2021 and still there is no response. Very Unsatisfied with your service.Totally unprofessional and irresponsible, with zero sense of ownership.

Worst car company they are charging way too much and not even providing the basic facilities, very much disappointed by the customer service unit, dont go for ecosport.
