This Cinema has big screen but its sound quality is poor and they doesnt maintain cleanliness and they chair are also not comfortable..

Theatre was strictly strict ok .. horrible ambience, horrible cleanliness, surrounding is also pathetic.. not really worth visiting.. try the nearby carnival its slightly better and cleaner .

The person mentioned on call on Google map is providing wrong information its not good sign. He said theater is not available but at the place we saw movie and again tried call he was not answering

We only went to screen 1, it was big, sound quality is good, the seats were comfortable but the hall smelt bad, like some old mouldy place. They should spray some room freshener and clean the place more often. That said, the washroom scene is disgusting. The ladies one is broken down, so ladies are forced to use the general one which is yucky. The entire place looks sad, everything was planned huge but probably abandoned at some point. This place has so much possibility but the maintenance looks sorry. It could have been the best mall in the area but all it is now is a ghost. But the hall is nice and big and thanks to them we could watch the movie because the other carnival screen at GunjanGeet turned us away because they needed at least 7-8 people to run a show.

It doesnt have much to offer...Besides movie and melted chocolateDont forget to jump over the trampoline if your lucky enough to find it working lol 😅But do give a try but it could have been much better

An ambitious project gone all wrong. The mall is empty most of the times. It is inside empress mall, sound quality is nice. The seats are dirty and smelly. It is not crowded which is a big plus according to me. Food choices during the interval is limited and lacks taste. Overall a decent theater.

Normal theatre with 3D and 2D Screen.Not very Clean under construction.And 3D cinema experience is just ok.

A great mall with all amenities. But located far away from central town of Vapi. And needs a little renovation and maintenance. Otherwise, its quite good.

Only good point is really large screens nd minimal crowd for an introvert Like me. But not good sanitation facility. Most of the seats are either not working or broken you must be the lucky one if you get a good seat with good view.

Nastiest theatre Ive ever visited..Staff was very rude & absurd & they were behaving like we owe something to them. I must say management is disgusting & they need to teach their employees some manners & protocols. Moreover, Ambience was very bad, poor picture quality & sound system..AC was not working, seats were broken. Washrooms were filthy & stinking. Theres not even a single thing I liked about this theatre. I really wonder on what basis these guys are asking reviews on Google !! Have some decency EMPRESS CINEMA & try to give justice to your name at least ! I wish Google would have SLAP button in review !!

Worst theatre in the town. Unclean, dusty, bed bugs, smelly, broken seats. Terrible toilets. Located in a haunted mall. Its a disgusting experience watching a movie here.

This place which used to be good earlier, is in ruins now. The seats of the movie hall are torn and dirty. The hall also smells bad. Better to avoid watching movie here.

The theatre are really good. But the wash room there are the worst. They stink leak and what not. It is impossible to step in and even go near. The food options are very limited like they have somasa chips and thats it. Like popcorn is there but nothing else. The theatre is well constructed and well functioning but rest of the factors are not good. Like if you want to just watched movie then a good place to visit and nothing else is near by. And it is very far from the city. And the mall just has mc Donald. So not much to do. But still good movie theatre option.

They have such a great infrastructure , screen size is also good...but its maintained very horribly....its just need a proper makeover then its going to be a great cinematic experience coz having such a great infrastructure.... but right now its in very poor condition....as there in not any other multiplex in the city so you dont have any other options...its little bit far from the city...its in pathetic condition....need uplifting

Completely messed not value for money. Looks like 20 years old cinema. Housekeeping is very poor also seats are in very bad in condition shall remind you GSRTC bus. The theater is the worst Ive ever been to. Seats are torn, and they smell a lot. Considering the state of the mall, its high time they shift it somewhere else or maintain the place a bit more properly. Definitely a place to stay away from.

The screen quality is average. Sound system is also not tuned properly. Though it has large seating the seats, theatre maintenance is pathetic. Posting this review for the concerned authority to notice and take due actions. As the arent many multiplexes nearby, the management is least bothered to improve. I wish this feedback helps and gives us some relief the next time we visit.

Empress cinema is in Gujarat nearest to hotel Woodland. There are adjacent big bazar and MacDonald pizza hut also.So you can enjoy shopping, movie, pizza and beer together. Its cost effective.Everyone should go whenever you planning for theses activity and check in this area.

The management has worst quality of switch-off the lift.No maintenance of the mall.It is like bhooth bangla.Nothing is there except movies.Theatre has no maintenance and a bad odor. The seats are damaged..

Hopeless Cinema.No Air condition.Full of mosquitoes.Poor audio and visual quality.And least supportive staff.I would recommend never to go at this place specially with guests.

Good cinema near vapi, sound quality is good in cinema.Almost major bollywood and Hollywood movies available.McDonald is near so no need to worry about food.Parking facility is available for car and bike.

Empress Cinema 😅 the size of the hall has to b quite broad cause near e side of screen walls are visible, expensive popcorn ( can have 5 packs of 🍿 outside e cinema) rest about the mall ZERO MAINTENANCE ,it took 10min to climb as your lift was not working and your head purposely turn off the escalator. You dont even deserve a 🌟. Dirty toilets 🤮

Great place at its initial stage...now the place is full of nuisance...most of the things got closed ij empress mall due the nuisance...also the cinema theatres are not maintained upto the mark...will recommend it or will rate it 7/10...as strict actions are now been taken against any nuisance caused by any one...thanks and bye🙋‍♂️

This is what we got for ₹ 190/- per seat... Shocked by worst condition of theater...Even AC was not working, no seat numbers...Screen quality (brightness) was poor...This was our first visit & surely LAST visit...

Third class sound, cleanliness and chairs. Chairs are broker, no aisle lights, cables dangling on floor. Worse than a old cinema theatres. This was my first visit and will Ramani so. Cant imagine going back or advising anyone to go to this place.

The screen are big enough and the movie quality is pretty good . The 3d experience is up to expected. The surroundings are kept clean.

Nice theatres... But a bit far away from vapi... So own vehicle is comfortable to reach this place...

Theatre is good . Snacks are too costly and a c was turned off due to less public.Toilet facilities has improved its on the third floor lift was not working and the elevator starts suddenly in between. Mc Donalds and shopping is good

Screen is horrible! Low brightness and film size is cropped unevenly due to a strected rectangle screen! Movie watching experience is a total headache in this theatre! Cine Park in challa is better theatre than this!

A good place for a movie and u can do a shopping as well, this mall has Big Bazaar and K Mary.

Place is near enough to vapi station. The only cinema house in vapi, which is touched with National Highway 48. As per my experienced Screen 1 is bigger. Buy sound quality is average.
