I was unaware you had to book an appointment; however, the secretary was extremely helpful and got Tonnille (who works for Haworth and did an amazing job) to help me. Both the Fern & Soji are great office chairs and especially good for someone who cares about not just the looks but also the chairs ergonomics. Personally, I decided to go with the Fern due to the Soji arm rests moving around too easily.

Had a great experience with these folks! After years of rag tag furniture solutions they got us set up properly in our Vancouver office. Brooks had always had amazing service and office and hospitality furniture. Over the last year, they have furthered that success with their new space, and new Haworth product. They have really come through in client relations, project management of delivery and install, and helping inspire our clients with well designed, well built furniture.

Told me that they had several chairs with headrests. Made the trip to then from Coquitlam and turns out that they only had one chair with a headrest and the headrest was not very flexible. Sales woman tried to tell me that its better not to use a headrest. Waste of time and disappointed.

Their driver almost ran me over at a crosswalk. I strongly urge all pedestrians to boycott this company, in hopes it teaches them to hire competent staff.
