I dont write many reviews so the ones are either very good or very poor. I am extremely busy these days. I had to write this one on Casper to let others know about their very poor response times when it comes to refunds. Note - I submitted a ticket via email to them 8 days ago and have yet to receive a response. They use a payment system called Paybright and I tried to contact them but the official notice on Caspers site is to contact them. I made 3 payments at around $600 with the last on Aug 6, 2021. I still have not received any reimbursement for the payments.The reason for the return is because it was too soft for my wife. It ended up exasperating her back problem. Personally, I thought it was okay. But I dont know if its worth $4000, though. I think there are others that are probably just as good or better like Silk & Snow. No, I havent purchased their product and Im not being paid by them.In any case, beware of their after care support once they have your money. I didnt want to leave a review on their site since I know they could just delete it and filter it from others.Hopefully, some will find this helpful.And I pray that yall will be blessed with better sleep and find a good, affordable mattress - in Jesus Name. Amen.

We were looking for a mattress as we needed a new one, we came across a number of options however Casper was by far the best choice, the customer service we received at the store was exceptional and we could not be happier with the purchase, so happy in fact we bought Casper pillows as well

WORST sheets I have ever owned. Bought the sheets, quilt and quilt cover. All very poor quality and begin to pill immediately (even in cold wash). Colour fading and sagging. Contacted for a refund and they would only send a new set, I didn’t even bother because they were so terrible. Would give negative stars if possible. Dog bed is good.

Overpriced, uncomfortable, and not eco friendly. All youre paying for is marketing. Nobody I know who has one would re-buy.

The mattress was supposed to be vacuum packaged and come in a box. The delivered mattress arrived unpackaged and wrapped in a plastic bag, which means they might be reselling previously returned items. Definitely returning this one and wont be buying anything from Casper again.

Do not buy a Casper mattress. We ordered a Wave mattress (the most expensive one). It was supposed to be 13 high with all these layers of foam. It was only 11 high after a week open and inflated - same size as their budget mattress. We put in for a return and ordered a replacement. It came and was the same. Then we have spent hours and hours trying to return both and only after 10 hrs of phone calls and a month of trying have the mattresses been picked up - and taken to the DUMP! not to a shelter. This company has logistical problems at best. At worst, they only care about making a sale and not the quality control of their product.

Excellent customer service

Unfortunately closed when I visited, so had to window shop. Looked to have a dizzying display of beds and bed related products. The down pillows looked heavenly! I will def come back and check them out when theyre open!

The mattresses are soft and they let you lie on the bed to test them without pressuring you about a purchase. When we buy a new mattress it will be Casper simply because of that fact.
