Worst shipping company to ship with. My order got shipped and delivered to their office on 7th October but isnt delivered yet. They called and said we have so much work load we will deliver at 10 Pm night. I said okay. But didnt happen. Today again they said they will deliver by evening and still no delivery. Pathetic service.

Blue Dart in general is a good service provider. My review is only limited to the valsad office. Good to receive small packages that arrive in Valsad. But if you want to send a big package it’s not the right place. The staff isn’t competent to run the office. I’ve send big bags earlier from other cities through Blue Dart and it’s usually a 4-5 minute process. I am well aware of what the contents of the package should be and shouldn’t be. My 30kg bag was asked to be opened and checked inside out like not even international customs will check so much. I was asked the same questions 5 times about the contents of bag even after checking and replying. And it took me at least 30-40 min to get the booking done. The staff was too confused and worked up and hesitated to take the parcel. Moreover I received the courier damaged with a tape stuck on it. Will never go to Valsad Blue Dart office for any professional handling. Also they only accept cash which is even worse. No card or UPI or POS transaction facility is available in today’s day and age is just sad.
